This restaurant is overrated bigtime!
Dined here 6:45 PM Saturday July 26, 2014, party of two.
Soup of the day was a seafood bisque, or fish soup, as described by the server.
Portion size was minute, served in a coffee mug. A few tablespoons at the bottom of the mug.
Soup was bland and not a bisque.
Paella tasted as though a salt shaker had been emptied into it. It consisted of a dish with mussels surrounding the contents. Of the ten mussels, two had never opened and should never have been served. It was obvious from the placement of the mussels that they were unopened. The only other seafood in the dish were five small shrimp. There was a slab of chicken on top of the rice
prepartion. I have had paella in many restaurants over the years. This was the worst.
The server was fine and the ambience was pleasant. The popovers were hot and tasty.
The cobb salad was ok. The haddock with mashed potatoes was good.
For me, not worth a return visit.
