Relaxing, enjoyable stay at The Inn at Sweet Water Farm.
Room was clean, inviting, and the grapefruit soap was a hit, as was the daily-filled bottle of water from the Inn’s Artesan well.
Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and included a nice selection of locally-sourced herbs (including ramps), and eggs from their own chickens.
Hosts Andrei and Lynda were welcoming, warm and accommodating.
The Inn is close to Tanglewood (we attended a morning BSO rehearsal) and minutes to all the great Great Barrington restaurants.
Hope to be back soon!

We have read the excellent reviews and we cannot say it any better as the reviews are spot on. This is a fabulous B&B and the owners, Lynda and Andrei, could not have been any more welcoming. We stayed in room #5 which was lovely. This was a romantic long weekend getaway for us sans kids and it was the perfect place to stay. The neighboring towns (e.g. Stockbridge, Lenox) were fun to visit. Lynda and Andrei provide a myriad of brochures and maps for just about anywhere you may want to visit in and around Great Barrington. The restaurants in Great Barrington were great, especially for foodies. Lynda and Andrei have a portfolio of menus from the various restaurants which was very helpful. We highly recommend Castle Street Cafe.

We can't wait to stay at this B&B again! Thank you Lynda and Andrei!

Room Tip: Most of the rooms are situated at the back of the house, so you will not hear street traffic. We took a little tour of each room (before each was occupied). The decore in each room is simple and slightly modern with a rustic charming touch, so you really can't go wrong with your choice.

This was our third visit. Each time our stay is better and better. The rooms are lovely, the breakfasts are amazing, the setting is beautiful ,the innkeepers are friendly and helpful and as such it is terrific value. We have no desire to stay anywhere else.

The Inn at Sweet Water Farm was everything that we wanted for a relaxing and hospitable stay. The room (#2) was comfortable with nice amenities. Best of all was the way that Andrei and Linda treated us. Linda's breakfast was outstanding. Try her crepes - she makes them to order for you. The eggs could not be fresher, they come from the chickens you can see within walking distance of the front door.
We felt like honored guests. As an example, we accidently left our jackets in the room. I called Linda and she said they would be in the mail to us by the afternoon. We highly recommend The Inn at Sweet Water Farm.

Spent a weekend at the home of Lynda and Andrei....two incredibly gracious and welcoming hosts. With the incredibly comfortable, warm and welcoming accommodations you could not help but feel this was your home away from home.
during a warm, almost summer, weekend we found the Inn to be centrally located to lots of great sites and hikes, but just set back enough so that you feel you're definitely away.
Hudson, downtown Great Barrington, Taconic State Park, Tanglewood and much more are just a few minutes away.
We lucked out to be there during a weekend with very few other residents so we got some great individualized attention, but my guess whether sold out or just a few folks, Lynda and Andrei will always make everyone feel welcome.
As other reviews have mentioned, the organic, farm to table breakfasts are not to be missed.
One warning, the rooster crows early....every AM.

Room Tip: Room #5, where we stayed, has a big king bed, and is a comfortable size for a couple.
