Ambitious menu with American style Chinese food, Thai dishes, sushi and dim sum. The tempura was beautifully done and was more than we could eat. I prefer ground pork in the shrimp with lobster sauce, but it's not always done that way, I should have asked. I have been learning to make hot and sour soup and this was a delicious one, a bargain for $2.25. It was asparagus season in the valley recently and it was featured in several specials. The service was surprisingly professional like most better Chinese restaurants.
