“Yum”
Reviewed 14 October 2013

Very good ice cream and a world of flavors. There are always lines -- day & night -- but they go quickly and it's worth the wait.

“Good if you are passing, but not worth a special visit.”
Reviewed 12 September 2013

Decent ice cream, but we have no idea what all the hype is for, we had 4 flavors of ice cream in waffle cones, it was OK but really no better than other ice cream anywhere else.

“Good ice cream at a fair price on the Cape”
Reviewed 7 September 2013

We stay in Harwich every year and always make at least one trip to Sundae School. It came highly recommended and we agree. One year they had a special flavor of the week, "Cookie Monster" (cookie dough and oreo all mixed together). Delicious! We went back again that week just for that. We were disappointed that they didn't have that flavor the weeks we traveled the past two years. Sometimes you can get a scoop of cookie dough and oreo and make your own. Other favorites we get every year are the raz oreo, ginger and pistachio. We never have to wait long. Sometimes the line does grow into the parking lot, but there is a hidden line on the other side and they always move pretty quickly as they have several people working per window. There are also lots of tables, chairs and benches.

We fed 6 people for $25 - very reasonable on the Cape. In Chatham, you can barely feed 4 people for this. The flavors are just as good, if not better and we think the serving size is plenty big enough. My son lost his ice cream off the top of his cone (it wasn't pushed down into the cone very far) by the time he got to the table. I hadn't even left the window yet and asked for another, prepared to pay for it, but they gave it to me and wouldn't accept my money. They also give out cute old fashioned ice cream hats for the kids if you ask at the window. It's a must-do each year on our trip. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

“Yummy, I scream for ice cream!!!”
Reviewed 3 September 2013

The staff was super fast and got all of our order (for 6 people) without writing it down! The ice cream was creamy and delicious, but of course, being a tourist area, the portions were small and the prices high.

“Good, but not worth the hype”
Reviewed 31 August 2013

We were told this was must when in Harwich Port. We waited for 15 minutes to get ice cream and while it was good, I wasn't blown away.
