The interior is small, so it gets crowded fast. But it is bright, clean, and pleasant. The staff is warm and helpful. The food is a range of casual dishes, and everything we tried is pretty good. There are also great specials each week night: great sliders, buck and oyster, 25 cent wings, etc, which are hard to pass up.

We went to Crow's Landing last night based on the excellent comments we had heard. Arrived early to avoid the crowd as they only accept reservations for parties of 6 or more. Glad we did as it got very busy and a little on the loud side. Started with drinks and apps of Honey BBQ wings and the Short Rib Nachos. There is a nightly special and last night (Tuesday) it was 25 cent wings. The wings were yummy with a wonderful balance of sweet and heat. Better yet were the nachos. Very nicely layered with plenty of shredded ribs, very nice real cheese & sour cream & guacamole. Excellent. We each also had the Crow's Burger. Large and perfectly prepared. Very popular item. The burger is served with fries; which are not deep fried. In fact nothing on the menu is deep fried. While the fries are probably more healthy, I would have preferred traditional french fries as these just weren't flavorful or crunchy. Our server, Michelle, was helpful and attentive.

Visited this highly touted newer restaurant recently. We were seated right away by one of two hostesses and, in a timely fashion, ordered our meals.

Thirty minutes later, we noticed that those who had arrived at the same time as we did had received their food and were asking for their bills.

The one waitress responsible for at least 10 tables clearly was overwhelmed. At last she arrived to ask if we were interested in either clam chowder or tomato soup on a complimentary basis, as our order would be further delayed. Apparently her computer order was never received by the kitchen... when we turned down the free soup, we were told, "Well, it going to take a while."

Really? No special attention to the order (turkey burger and salad with grilled chicken) or expedited treatment? Hmmm....

This looks like a nice place with a very basic menu of pub grub. Wished we had received better treatment -- it wasn't particularly busy (no line), just understaffed.

As we left, the two hostesses asked us how our food was....

We have been to Crow's Landing twice this month. The first time it was packed and we ate at the bar. Mike and Heather the bartenders were so friendly. The food was very good. We went back earlier this time and sat at a table. Our waitress, Michelle, was excellent. She recommended the nachos and they didn't disappoint. The boys all loved the shredded short ribs on the nachos! Everyone was pleased with their dinner. We will go again for sure. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. It's a great place for family and/or friends. Try it you'll like it!
