“Good food”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

The sandwiches are good size and worth the price, soups are very good and hearty. Not much for parking but worth a little walk.

“Best kept secret in Holyoke”
Reviewed 16 March 2014 via mobile

Whether it is coffee and pastry or one of the many sandwiches I choose the food is always fresh and yummy. It is a fabulous coffee house with comfortable decor and great ambiance. Perfect place to indulge is great food and get some work done. WiFi available. My only complaint is they should be open longer hours.

“Red Flannel and Coffee”
Reviewed 23 July 2013

The homemade hash makes the trip worthwhile along with fresh muffins, prepared as you like them and great coffee makes this one of our favorites. Sunday morning is a good time for us, but the Fish and Chips will bring us in on Fridays too.

“Friendly, Local Café”
Reviewed 15 July 2013

After leaving our motel, which offered the usual “free breakfast,” we stopped here. The place looked inviting and offered a varied breakfast menu. I ordered a cappuccino and a breakfast sandwich and asked for a change to a standard ingredient. They were happy to accommodate. My husband ordered a spinach omelet and coffee. The food was freshly made and both meals tasted good. The service was friendly and up beat. It did take some time to get the meal—and apparently our meals were made twice, because we were offered another breakfast for free. But maybe someone had called in sick or it was just a bad day. We were looking for a relaxing place to enjoy a good meal and coffee. This place fit the bill and I would eat here again.

“Great Local Spot”
Reviewed 10 January 2013

My friend and I often go to lunch at the Dam Cafe. The best time to get there is around 1pm when the crowd starts to thin.
Try the fish and chips on Fridays-hugh portion and they taste great!! They offer a variety of sandwiches, salads, and soups. Also, breakfast is served all day. I recommend the egg white omelet. It's served with toast and home fries.
You'll find a lot of local politicians at the Dam Cafe, making it a fun place to mingle with the local big wigs!!
