This was our first meal at the mick, and while we will definitely give it another try, there was some disappointment in the meal. My husband enjoyed his burger, but my sandwich was just ok. The fries were almost black, but were still tasty. The garlic bread was amazingly fresh. Also highly recommend the coconut chicken! The service was also very slow but i don't believe it was the waitress's fault.

If you love seafood, order their seabass. It is out of this world. In terms of appetizers, their gorgonzola steak flatbread is very tasty. Highly recommend it. Tuesdays is "Burger Night", burger prices start at $5! Can't beat that deal...always a great time at The Mick!

On April 25 we went to The Mick for the first time with some friends who raved about the place. We weren't disappointed. We had excellent service (by Asia) and the food was very good. I had a hamburger with mushrooms and my wife had the Thanksgiving Wrap. Everything was very good except the musician who came on as we were finishing dinner. He probably would've sounded better if we had a few more drinks in us. I believe they accept reservations for parties of 5 or more and there is outdoor seating in nice weather and they do a Sunday Brunch. We will definitely be going back ... and soon.

Headed up to the Delaney House to use a gift certificate from Christmas, never been before. Checked out the menu on line before heading up and we liked what we saw. It was a busy Saturday night, so we got a drink at the bar and we were seated before we finished our drink. We were seated in the bar area and got the bar menu. On the website we were looking at the Grill menu…which was for the other room. Who knew? The hostess never asked where we would like to dine, but the waitress was able to give us the grill menu even though we were in the bar. Had the family style salad…the gorgonzola was delicious with bacon, corn a peas. We each had the filet, which was perfectly cooked and tender. The side of gorgonzola mac and cheese was a decadent side dish, perfect with the beef. A chocolate mousse dessert, which we took to go, was a sweet way to end the evening. Our waitress was not familiar with the Grill menu, but was very accommodating and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar. The band that was playing was very good and not too loud…still could have a conversation at the table. We will definitely return.

We came here for Date Night. We usually sit in the dining room but decided to go into The Mick instead tonight. It was busy but fun. We ordered the Friday Night Prix Fixe menu. I had the tomato and Gorgonzola bisque (outstanding!!!), shrimp and scallop scampi (lacking flavor and seasoning. 3 small shrimp and 3 small scallops over a huge bed of very bland angel hair pasta) and the Tuxedo Mousse Cake (wonderful). My husband got the clam chowder (pretty good), an order of Potstickers (very good), the garlic mussels over angel hair and the cake as well. The mussels tasted stronger than they should. There was no garlic to be found in this dish. There were broken mussel shells and small pieces of shells in the pasta. There were so many pieces of shell, the pasta was inedible. My husband became concerned that there may have been dead mussels that were cooked and added to the dish. It looked like to cook dumped the rest of the bag of mussels into the pan instead of checking them by hand. Our waitress, Katrina, was wonderful. We told her about the problem and she took the dish back to the chef. She offered to comp the dish and we told her that that wasn't necessary as my husband had eaten most of the mussels. She told us that the chef apologized. Katrina apologized profusely and asked us to please come back and try the dish again. Later in the evening, my husband had a serious upset stomach so we are fairly certain some of the mussels were bad.
