We chose this hotel as our Cape Cod base as it provided easy access to Boston, the Cape and Nantucket. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel's facilities. We opted for a buffet breakfast every day and there was always a great selection of fresh pastries, breads and fruit. Our room was a good size, even with a travel cot, with a really comfy bed. The hotel is on a main road opposite the airstrip but we didn't find that a problem at all. There are indoor and outdoor pools, both at a good temperature to swim with our baby. The location of the hotel is great for getting the ferry to Nantucket and within easy reach of Boston and other Cape Cod towns. I thought it might be a very basic hotel but actually we had a very good stay and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

They have 2 pool but only 1 life guard so just one is work at the time, the rooms smelled old and not clear rules to get breakfast . So much things to do if you spend a lot money. The front desk person is good, but the service is not, fore sure you can find something better for the price of this one

Stayed for four nights in August. The hotel is clean and functional. Rooms are as shown on the web site. Found them to be quite dark. Windows small. Requested a quiet room!!! Got 144 on ground floor and near reception. But opposite the Ice Making machine!! Greatest noise did not come from the ice machine but from the Air Con unit. Room was near the dinning / breakfast room and close to the indoor pool.

Had breakfast one morning $15 per head. Further cost if you wished for any items from the Menu. Choice of fruit, breads, eggs, bacon. fried potatoes etc. Also bagels, pastries, muffins etc. Buffet in nature. Tea coffee is served to the table. We did find the notion of paying the service charge a bit hard to take. Tipping is so much part of their culture.

We did not have a car with us on this trip. The hotel is about a 15 min walk through a residential area to the main street of Hyannis and about 20 min walk form the Harbour for the Ferries to Martha's Vineyard. Parking appeared to be quite an issue in the harbour region. The hotel is also a 20 min walk to Cape Mall. Walking to the Mall not usual as no real footpath existed!!!!!

The Concierge in the Hotel was only just ok. She was unable to point us in the right direction to the Backdoor of the hotel????!!!! We had to check with the bar man for that piece of information. It is just beside the indoor pool and the walk way to the dinning room!!!!!

The hotel does have an outdoor and an indoor pool. If the weather is good the outdoor pool is used. the indoor pool opening daily in summer from 7pm til 9pm. The two pools are never open at the same time. A lot of children using them so we did not use it.

From what I could see when in Hyannis quality hotels are not to be found. Inns are the order of the day. So I would say this hotel is the best of a bad lot. Hyannis is a lovely area to visit and you could do worse than opt for this hotel. Hilton Members do get the cookie upon arrival. Way too many nuts in it for may liking!!!!No pleasing everyone!!!!

Room Tip: Try to avoid rooms to the front of the hotel as there is an air strip across the road from the hotel...

This hotel was very clean and modern. As Diamond Members, we loved getting a discount coupon for breakfast or drinks & snacks. We left too early for breakfast so enjoyed an evening treat. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It's only a 3 star, but in terms of location and service this I would be happy to stay here any day. Highly recommend with great service and a great gym. Fits in very nicely with the local area and is simply perfect, obviously far from a 5 star hotel in just quality and general feel of the place but as with most Hilton hotels, you know what your going to get, and it doesn't disappoint in anyway

Nice, clean and updated, most of staff were great, watch out for rude waitstaff at breakfast and its expense. Staff did a great job providing for a family wedding on the premises. Food was delicious. wait staff took food away too quickly though.
