Went on the tour a couple weeks ago with Colleen, who was knowledgeable, personable, and loads of fun. Great tour she's setup, with 6 local restaurants, all 1st rate. Makes for a perfect walking tour around the main street area of Hyannis and a delightful way to spend a couple hours. For us, it was totally worth the money and offered good value, particularly being from out of town and not knowing the area. We've gone on a couple foodie tours in other cities, this was comparable in both quality and pricing. Definitely recommended!

So glad you were able to connect with us on your whirlwind anniversary "East Coast Foodie Tour"!!
It was a really fun tour with you guys. I was honored that you made the Cape a destination with all the great meals you had planned in Boston, Newport, New Haven & New York (not sure I got the cities straight). Look us up if you're ever back this way!! Thank you so much!! Colleen

It's an amazing way to see beautiful downtown Hyannis and sample the delightful local, seasonal fare of Cape Cod. I felt like the walking distance between each stop was just right, and we got a good value for our money. Our food fare included Brazilian steak, pizza cooked on a stone, a sinfully buttery cookie, the most amazing gelato, an amazing organic & local omelette, fresh fruit, local calm chowder, and more. Highly recommended to all foodies.

It's so great to hear from tour participants that they enjoyed seeing all Hyannis has to offer! Hyannis has really evolved and the restaurant owners take pride in what they do. I'm thrilled that you enjoyed and appreciated the food & the walk!! Hope to see you again!

Went on the Hungry in Hyannis food tour on 9/14. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant and personable. The food on the stops were excellent and we were pretty full after the tour was over. Highly recommended.

We've been coming to the cape every year since 2002...and it's sometimes hard to find new things to do. This year we got lucky and discovered the cape cod foodie tours thanks to Cape Cod Daily Deals (which i suggest ALL cape goers subscribe to). We were lucky enough to get 2 tickets to the foodie tour, for the price of 1...which was a great deal because instead of spending $84 for 2 of us, we only spent $42. First & foremost, i want to start off by saying that in my opinion, $42 per ticket is a LITTLE steep for this. Yes you leave full, and yes you taste great food, but if you're going with someone else and you have to shell out over $80 it's a tad much. But for what we paid it was perfect....onward....Our tourguide was VERY friendly, welcoming, and informative. She really went above and beyond with answering questions, asking us questions, and making sure we enjoyed what we were eating. The tour makes 6 stops along the way, and by stop 6 we were all FULL. We tried braziliian food, an organic omelette w/ fruit on the side, margarita pizza, gelato, new england clam chowder, and cookies. The tour lasted 2hrs but i can see it taking longer if your group has more than 4 ppl (which is what we had). Luckily though, she doesnt take more than 8 ppl out at a time, which i think is smart. Although i thought the food was great and i left full and satisfied, I was kind of hoping that the tour would have touched more on HOW these foods are prepared. 'Foodies' not only like eating good food, but they also like LEARNING about new foods...how their prepared, etc. Over all though, we enjoyed this and the woman who organized this foodie tour of Hyannis is thinking about expanding and doing one in Chatham and Falmouth. If she does, we are definitely checking it out.

I am really glad to read that you guys enjoyed yourselves and found the tour interesting and left FULL!! Thanks for taking the time to write a thorough review. I appreciate the suggestion to give more food preparation info! As a "foodie" myself I agree that I love hearing and learning about new foods and how they are prepped. Hope to see you next Summer!!

Went on the "Hungry in Hyannis" Cape Cod Foodie Tours yesterday - Our guide was local, very well informed...it was not only unique and interesting food, but Hyannis town history and interesting facts....really great info about the "Food Culture" of Hyannis, local food use, family operated businesses, and how it is growing by leaps and bounds! Finished "full" and now have a neat list of "go-to" places next time we're back in the area.......what a treat (no pun intended), start to finish!
