Have just spent a week in the Seacoast Inn during our visit to Hyannis. Terri and Al were fantastic hosts right through the booking process to when we arrived and right through our stay. The rooms were a great size and ours overlooked the village green. Parking on site close to the rooms was good. The extra touches such as complimentary continental breakfast, washing facilities and beach chairs/towels were fantastic. Terri was great with directions and having maps available for our trips and the discounted ferry tickets to the vineyard and nantucket were a good saving.

All in all a great trip, great hosts, great value for money, excellent location 2 mins walk from the main street and ferries, and thoroughly recommended. Easy to see why it's the No 1 choice on trip adviser in hyannis

I can't think of much else to write apart from the reviews on here are exactly what we found.

Brilliant couple, running a lovely hotel in a great part of the world. The room was a great size, the parking was free - as was the wi-fi, the location was ideal all for a great price.

I think the only odd thing was the layout of the room - with 2 windows on opposite sides of the room, one side looking into the corridor (and then out into the carpark via the glass side of the corridor) and the otherside into the public park, meant you either kept the curtains closed or were just happy for people to be able to see in. Also the A/C was quite noisy, but nothing to remove from probably the best good priced hotel I've every stayed in.

From the time I inquired about a stay via email,Terri was most helpful and accomodating, considering we only needed a one-night stay before heading home from the islands. Al showed a palatial, immaculate room with a king-sized bed, and was happy to recommend Spanky's for dinner(great seafood!!!) . When I mentioned that the only thing missing from the good breakfast bar was fresh fruit, they cheerfully offered to give us a couple of apples for the trip home and surprised us with a box of taffy, too! Great rate($98/night). What more could you ask for in Hyannis?
WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Classical music and an engaging smile from the innkeeper greeted us as we entered the Seacoast Inn.....a haven from what many perceive as a "commercial" neighborhood in Hyannis. Immaculately clean, and just a short walk to the main street and harbor, the Seacoast was a perfect location for our whirlwind tour of Cape Cod. Owners Terri and Al are quite possibly the most caring and diligent innkeepers we have met in our years of travel; both possess the intelligence and warmth necessary to provide top notch service and hospitality to their guests--many of whom return year after year to the inn. Our room was a cozy king efficiency with kitchenette--and I especially enjoyed seeing the nostalgic American toiletries like Breck Shampoo and Jergens Lotion! A sunny breakfast room greets guests in the morning, where the innkeepers provide a continental breakfast. Main Street is just around the corner, so you can walk for a dinner or a shopping stroll. If you plan to ride the ferry to one of the out islands, the harbor is nearby. Terri will provide detailed maps for those of you who--like us--decide to motor through the coastal areas and towns of the Cape. Because of the central location, Hyannis is a good first choice for tourists who would like to explore and become familiar with all aspects of the Cape. We plan to return to the Seacoast during our next visit! Enjoy!

Room Tip: Ask Terri and Al for a room with windows facing the Town Square.

My wife and I stayed here last week for our honeymoon and we couldn't have picked a better place. It is amazing what one can do with some updating and a little old-fashioned hospitality. We arrived during a driving rain storm and the first thing Al did was offer the use of an umbrella. Then, with my wife freezing due to packing for the summer rather than the cold New England spring, Terri offered coats, gloves and scarves. Try that at your local chain hotel. They knew the perfect places to eat and to visit along the cape and where to go on the islands. All in all, they were the perfect innkeepers and made out visit one to remember. Thanks!

We have stayed at the SeaCoast Inn 3 times in seven years. Each time has been as good as it gets. It has to be the best value in New England, if not the US.

Terri and Al make improvements every year on the property but they can't improve on the service they provide, it is the best. You can read any of the reviews and you will find the same theme throughout. They go out of there way to take care of their guests.

We had made plans for our current trip so we didn't need a ride to the ferry or help with maps or things to do. They still asked to help with everything and when we started to walk down the street to the local store Al came out to offer a ride to the ferry if that was where we were going. The first time we were here in 2005 the rental car power socket didn't work so I had no way to charge our cell phone. Not to worry, they plugged it into their car while we were at dinner. On our previous trip Terri made reservations for us on a tour of Nantucket and when the tour operator got to the pick up location she asked who were the people Terri sent to be sure we got first pick of the seats.

It is true they don't have a pool or spa or elevator but they do have the best run operation west of the Atlantic.

This was a great place to stay and Terri and Al were the most helpful people we have ever met.
They helped us organize our itinerary in CapeCod, and gave us some really great ideas. Our room was on the second floor, quiet, and easy to cook your own meal if you can be bothered. The breakfast was plentiful. The location was perfect, and plenty of parking if you are using a car.
Well done to Terri and Al, and hope to see you in Australia in the near future.

Room Tip: Second floor looking over the park. Quiet.
