“Wonderful stay with excellent hosts.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 October 2012 via mobile

Stayed 9 nights at the seacoast and it flew by all too quick. Drove in from Boston and on arrival was warmly welcomed by Terri who quickly checked us in,showed us to our room and then returned a few moments later with coffee and biscuits which went down a treat after our drive.
The room itself was spacious with cooking facilities and a fridge and us being English,Al lent us a kettle though there is a coffee maker in the room. The room itself was very very clean and looked after. We can only echo what other guests have said regarding the seacoast, it is a home from home made extra special by the attentiveness, the friendliness and the "nothing is too much trouble " attitude of Terri and Al.
From washing our wet muddy clothes after we had been paddle boarding to lending us a laptop to recommending where to eat, where to park in towns on the cape we planned to visit, organising trips like whale watching, the help was all there and always with a smile. Oh did I forget the little gift they had placed in our room on arrival as they knew it was our anniversary? It's touches like that which go a long way in creating special memories of a holiday. If any one needs to know how to run a successful guest house/hotel I suggest you spend a few days at the seacoast and learn from the masters. Terri and Al thank you so much for making our stay on Cape Cod so wonderful.

but Terri found us another hotel at the same rate without charging us for my error. Even though we didn't stay at her hotel, she told us we could park there when we drove into town and gave us a map of some of the great attractions on the Cape. Thanks Terri! I was disappointed I didn't get to stay at the Inn but I would highly recommend this place because of Terri's kindness, knowledge of the area, and of the Inn's location, location, location. Thanks so much for your generosity! The Stricklands

The Sea Coast Inn is located ideally for day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket as you can walk 5 minutes to the ferry! Main Street restaurants are also within walking distance.
The hotel is small and impeccably clean. The owners, Terri and Al, greet every couple on arrival and take great care to make sure every detail of their day's activities are arranged without a hitch. They seem to know every inch of the Cape Cod area and all of their suggestions were perfect. We would never have found all the best sites without their help.
Our room was very large and the king size bed was extremely comfy. The bathroom was pristine. Everything worked perfectly and the continental breakfast had great variety.
We chose the Sea Coast Inn based on the positive reviews on Trip Advisor and can honestly say the reviews were spot on! We would love to return to the Sea Coast Inn in the future.

I've always wanted to visit Hyannis, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and took the long trip over from Australia and based myself at this hotel. Terri and Al were always most helpful with booking the accommodation and booking ferry tickets out to the islands for us and even gave us a lift to the bus station, they recommended some great restaurants also, Spankys and the Black Cat, the hotel was spotlessly clean with free wifi and a good variety to choose from at breakfast, I can't wait to return.

Location is excellent, right around the corner from downtown, 2 blocks away from the harbor, handy to many other towns are sites on the Cape. The housekeeping is excellent. We stayed in a double bed efficiency unit, the housekeeping staff kept it looking great. The price was right on, the breakfast was similar to many of the Hamptons, cereal, assortment of breads and bagels, hard boiled eggs, donuts, coffee, tea, yogurt. Yes, the parking is tight, no, they dont have a pool and they tell you that, no it is not a resort and they tell you that, it is a great base to use to see the cape. Without a doubt, Al and Terri are absolutely the best Inn Keepers I have met in my travels across the country. Knowledgeable about the area and willing to share it, friendly and willing to strike up a conversation about the area or for that matter, other topics of your choosing, they are on the property, they are available, they will give you addresses that you can use in your GPS to get around the Cape, they will chat with you in the breakfast area. We arrived not knowing Al and Terri and checked out after staying 3 days, feeling as though we had new friends in Hyannis.
If you are staying in Hyannis, don't need a pool, don't want a resort experience but do want to stay at a clean, friendly, well kept, well mananaged facility, this is the one. When I read all the positive reviews, one could be a skeptic, let me assure you, they and the SeaCoast Inn are the real deal.

Have little to add to what has already been mentioned about The Seacoast and it's owners. Rooms were excellent and the advice and knowledge about the area second to none. The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance (even on crutches ) for restaurants, bars, shops, ferries and buses. Liked the parting gift of chocolate cranberries. They never even lasted until Plymouth.
Would definitely return to the area and would stay nowhere else but the Seacoast.

Where do you get to travel and have owners of where you are staying welcome you with tea and cookies. Show you to an immaculate and well cared for room. Provide you with a continental breakfast, free laundry facilities, a room filled with chairs, towels, etc for the beach if needed. A place walkable to the harbor and main street within minutes, all for very reasonable and fair rates.
But what makes SeaCoast exceptional is the time and warmth both Terri & Al gave us in helping us figure out what to do and where to go, with all kinds of information and suggestions. It was apparent they wanted us to enjoy our stay and outings as much as we did. How very unusual and delightful.
