You should not miss this place! This place makes your vacation the best one you have. I guarantee it. From the time, we booked to the time we checked out, the service is out-of-this-world. I mean it. The place is so clean and well-kept. It is 5 minutes to Main Street and Hyannis Harbor where you take the ferry to the Islands. Location was superb!!! Breakfast was a variety.Love it so much. We have no complaints. To top it all, the owners, Al and Terry , were very hospitable. We felt so at home, almost visiting our long lost friends..They brought us to and from the Kalmus Beach. They booked our trip to Martha's Vineyard...gave us directions on how to best tour the island, gave us the best places to dine and lots more. They were like your tour guide/hostess /friends rolled in one. We loved our stay! And Cape Cod and the islands were awesome!
Lastly, we had to check out in the evening, because we had to leave at the crack of dawn, we were given our "to go" breakfast box and Cape Cod Cranberry Chocolate Bar!

You will love this place like we did! Home away from home!

We stayed here on a long trip through the USA and Canada. Been in many very nice places with good service. The one my wife and I remember for its unique hospitality is the Seacoast Inn! They took care of our laundry, brought us to the Nantucket ferry and informed us of the places worth visiting. Hope to be back one day.

My Wife an I recently stayed at the Seacoast Inn, a jewel set beside the beautiful Hyannis Port.
This is more than just a wonderful place to stay it's a warm embrace made possible by the amazing Hosts All & Terri. From the initial greeting to the special gifts at the end they made our experience in Cape Cod one that we will treasure forever.

The Inn itself is clean and well maintained, the convenient efficiency style rooms are large and comfortable. The continental breakfast that was included in the room rate was more than adequate consisting of breads, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereals, coffee and juice.

There are no additional amenities like a pool or lounge areas but we were out all the time anyway enjoying all there is to see and do in the Hyannis area so this was not an issue.

The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the main street and just 10 minutes to the Ferry Docks for trips to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.

Terri & Al could not have been more helpful, whether you needed advice on were to eat or how to get anywhere they were always a wealth of information on the Cape. They even gave us a ride to beach or let us borrow a backpack.

If you are looking for a wonderful vacation in Cape Cod then you have to stay here!

Room Tip: It's all good!

I recently spent some time at the Sea Coast Inn on what was my first trip to Cape Cod. Al and Terri could not have made the experience more enjoyable. Their knowledge of the Cape was apparent from the beginning and their willingness to assist and provide information made my trip a smooth and wonderful trip. They inform you from the beginning that this isn't a beachfront resort with a pool but its closeness to Main Street and the ferries are what makes it a worthwhile stay. Would strongly recommend a stay here if you are looking to explore Cape cod, including Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Feel free to ask questions prior to booking as well as during your stay as Al and Terry seem eager to impart their knowledge and help plan a wonderful trip.

Nice location, at 10 minutes on foot of the harbor, private park place. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean, well equipped. The hotel is not far from the main street where all restaurants are.
