Very clean, quiet, good location, great continental breakfast, good value for your money, nicest people run it. Would have gladly stayed another night if they had a room available.

Stayed here for two nights and had an exceptional experience - service, cleanliness and helpfulness of the proprietors.
Would highly recommend - we were only sorry we didn't book in for longer as Hyannis was a perfect base to see the rest of the Cape from but they were fully booked out.

I am adding my rave review to the dozens of others who also loved this motel. We were 4 women traveling together in 2 rooms and our stay could not have been nicer.

Three things stand out:

1. The rooms absolutely sparkle and shine in the cleanliness department. My only (small) complaint was because they use a plug-in type room freshener, which was strong smelling for those of us who do not tolerate sweet scents. We didn't find the culprit until Day 2 but after we unplugged it, all was fine.

2. Location: this was a perfect choice for us. We were able to walk to many places, including restaurants, church, and the ferry landing.

3. Owners: Terri and Al were amazing and delightful. They gave great recommendations for restaurants, detailed walking instructions, etc. They bought our ferry tickets for Martha's Vineyard and had them waiting for us at the desk. They even charged the tickets to our room account.

We were extremely happy with our 3-night stay at Seacoast Inn and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The Seacoast Inn exceeded any pre-conceived notions we had about a Motel. It was clean with a capital C and what really made our stay so special were the owners, Terri and Al. They are not your "usual" motel keepers. You would expect to find them running a Bed and Breakfast. They are warm and genuine and go the extra mile for their guests. Also, the rates are extremeley reasonable. The Seacost Inn is is located by the harbour and just a walk up to Main Street. The only time we needed our car was when we went to visit other towns.
We will stay there again for sure!

My wife and i as have many other enjoyed our stay at this hotel.i am writing this as a suggestion to other hotels rather than a review it has all been said before.
What is the one recurrin theme on most of the reviews? It is how great the people are.A hotel with no pool dining room or bar get rave reviews while all inclusive luxury resorts are panned.
If the staff at a hotel are not welcoming and friendly all the rest is wasted.
I have stayed at 5 stars that were awful and at three star resorts that were great it all depends on the people .

My husband, little boy and I stayed for 3 nights at the Seacoast and are only wish was that we could've stayed longer! The hospitality we received from Terri and Al was second to none and I can honestly say we've never stayed in a friendlier place....even their dogs look forward to seeing you in the morning! The rooms were lovely and clean and breakfast was fab. We hope to visit again next year and would recommend it to anyone.
