Just returned from a two night stay at the SeaCoast Inn thanks to the recommendations of all the previous reviews found here on T/A and just have to agree with everyone here---it was wonderful. Teri and Al were just lovely people who really care about the well being of their guests and go out of their way to provide you with everything you need for a most pleasant stay. We are no strangers to the Hyannis area as part of my husband's family lives here and we visit often. This was a family affair and due to many others staying at the family places, we opted for the hotel and were so happy to have the opportunity to stay at the Seacoast. It was a holiday weekend and we were lucky to have found the accommodations. They upgraded us without any extra charge. The rooms were spotless---we had an out of town guest staying as well---and had all the amenities you could ask for plus free wifi and the kitchenette with refrigerator and coffeemaker and microwave were very convenient. The location was fantastic---a little convenience store across the street and Main Street Hyannis and the Hyannis Harbor made for lovely places to stroll either before or after dinner. This is not a resort but they are very up-front with all that on the website. The service and continental breakfast were delightful. A fantastic place from which to tour Cape Cod and a very comfortable and homey place to come back to at the end of the day. Thanks Teri and Al for all your dedication and hard work----it really pays off!!!!!

In the 24 days we toured New England by car the Seacoast Inn was the most welcoming. It was clean, it was near the ferries to the islands, its amenities were excellent, our breakfasts were abundant and fresh each day, but the attention of Terri and Al was unsurpassed. Nothing was too much trouble, advice about local attractions, booking of ferries, helping with our clothes wash, a cup of coffee and cakes on arrival in our room. But the kindest thing ,was unexpectedly being met off the Ferry because it was raining . Over and above what is usually expected from your accommodations. We had a room that looked over the Village Green which was very pleasant. Thank you Terri and Al.

A truly fantastic gem of a find in a lovely area of the world. Terri and Al cannot do enough for you and are the nicest hosts we have ever come across. Their helpful advice and tips are perfect for making your stay an enjoyable one. The place itself is absolutely spotless. Lovely rooms (we had a Queen efficiency) and the bed was very comfortable.

The location is great and as Terri pointed out to us beforehand, is a good base to explore the region. The breakfast is an added bonus, as is the free wifi in every room.

On arrival we were handed a huge amount of information on what to do and see and where to go. This was just what we needed as we were new to this particular area. Terri also booked my whale watching trip (that my mrs couldn't do due to her fear of water!) and at a discount too.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service you receive at the SeaCoast - its just superb. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable and thanks for sharing your extensive knowledge!

ps - we found a great bar up the road on main street - turn right at the lights - Tommy Doyle's, and had a

Our family stayed 5 nights at the Seacoast Inn while we explored Cape Cod. From the moment we checked in, we were taken care of. Terri and Al's maps and gps coordinates got us to our destinations. Their beach towels, chairs, and coolers made the beach trips more enjoyable. We appreciated the continental breakfast (with the chocolate frosted donut set aside for our son), the free internet (although our daughter the Mac user had trouble getting on the network in our room - a problem with her computer, not the network) and free use of their washer and dryer. We also appreciated the kitchenette and shopping at Trader Joes. After we left, we thought we left a backpack there. Al and Terri searched but didn't find it. They even called us the next day after checking with staff. (It wasn't there - someone actually found it in a Boston parking garage.) Bottom line - Terri and Al are wonderful. I'm so glad we stayed with them.

You get a lot for your money here. The kitchenette is great for a family that doesn't want to eat every meal out at a restaurant. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The owners make you feel like you are family coming to visit complete with parting gifts. 5 stars for everything but location is 4 since it's not too near the beach and it's on a main street. It was still quiet and we had a nice view of the park.

SeaCoast Inn is truly a gem of a place to stay in Cape Cod. Owner and manager Terri is extremely friendly and helpful, offering invaluable advice about visiting the region. The rooms are large and very clean and well maintained. We stayed in Room 14. The room was quite bright during the day and I got woken up early every day because of the sunlight. The air conditioning unit is also quite noisy. Terri offers discount ferry tickets to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket both, departing either from Hyannis or Woods Hole, which was very useful since it saved us time from standing in line to purchase the tickets at the ferry terminal. We didn't have to reserve these tickets in advance either, so we waited until the last minute before deciding which island to visit. Terri also recommended that we visit the Yarmouth boardwalk, which was a wonderful suggestion. On our way back to Boston, she advised us to take route 6A which was much more scenic than 6 and also allowed us to avoid the horrific traffic trying to cross the Sagamore bridge during mid-day. I highly recommend this place if you stay in Hyannis.
