“Terri and Al are the best!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 July 2010

No matter what I write in this review can not truly express my extreme appreciation to these two inn owners, Terri and Al. I chose this hotel based solely on trip advisor and everything that everybody writes about their inn and their hospitality is true. My friend and I stayed here as a base for exploring the Cape. Although the entire "Cape Experience" was not one of my favorite destinations, Terri and Al were by far the best inn keepers that I have ever stayed with. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel as though you have reached "home." They sincerely treat every guest as though you are their only priority. Every night when we came back to our room, we felt as though we wanted to tell them all about our day and say good night. Every morning during breakfast we chatted with them and when it was time to leave, it was sad. They give you advise, directions, experience, conversation, and a clean well-equipped room. They will loan you anything that you need to make your day easier or better. Each morning Al will get you whatever kind of donuts or bagels/muffins that you would like. As individuals, they are both kind and two wonderful people. As a team, they run the best hotel that I have ever been to and I have been to many! Many thanks to the both of them for making our trip to Cape Cod so memorable! No one could ever regret choosing this hotel. Book with Terry and Al and enjoy your vacation!

We booked this hotel based on the great reviews it got on Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we felt that we got personal attention and the owners Terri and Al did everything to make our stay enjoyable.
I was on a crutch and the owner Al, drove myself and my husband down to the pier to get the boat to Nantucket. He then went to the ticket office and got us a discount off our fare. We arrived back on the last sailing which got in at 10.30pm and would you believe it - he was there to collect us and drive us back to the hotel. Where else would you get service like that?
The next day Terri organised car rental for us - also at a discount and then provided us with maps and advice on where the best places were to visit. They were helping all their guests and never seemed to tire of all the questions and requests.
The room was spacious but a bit dark as there was only a small window. Everything you could need is provided in the room including a fridge and cutlery.
The location of this hotel is great as it is within walking distance of the harbour where all the boats go from and you can also walk to the main street where there are nice shops and restaurants to visit.
The thing about Terri and Al is that they are genuinely nice and they really do want their customers to enjoy themselves so if you want to try accommodation which is a bit different than the 'run of the mill' hotel chain then give yourself a treat and stay with Terri and Al you won't regret it.

The location of this Inn is great to get out and about and see things in the Cape Cod area. While not in a pretty location itself the Inn is so well placed and so spotlessly clean and welcoming that I would rather have had the excellent service here than have stayed at a possibly more senic but probably (judging from some of the other places I walked by) very run down looking places to stay. It is really excellent value for money...you can do your washing, borrow pack packs and other things like beach towels and get the benefit of the owners very helpful but not in any way pushy experience. Superbly located for the ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vinyard and an easy drive to the rest of the island. A short walk to the Main Street which has tons of shops and places to eat out. Would strongly recommend this Inn to anyone. It was one of the hilights of our stay. Can't speak highly enough of the owners.

I just returned from a four night stay at the Seacoast Inn. From the moment I walked in the door, I was nothing short of impressed. The owners (Al and Terri) were so kind, welcoming, and genuine that I was sad to leave on the last day of the trip! They go out of their way to make sure that the guests have everything they need. Our lovely room was spacious and clean, complete with a kitchenette and flat screen television. Al and Terri provided towels and chairs for the beach, as well as recommendations for activities and meals. The hotel itself is a prime location - a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and Main Street in Hyannis. I had a wonderful experience and I can not wait to book my trip there again next year. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to vacation in Cape Cod!

My husband and I stayed at the Sea Coast Inn in June for 2 days. We made our reservations online SOLELY based on all the reviews on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. The motel does not have all the amenties of a luxury hotel, but more than makes up for it by the hospitality shown by the owners, Terri and Al. The rooms are spotlessly clean with a small kitchenette fully outfitted for cooking. The close proximity to the ferries and restaurants make this place an ideal place to stay. The included comtinental breakfast was so good, fresh and handy. But the Real Stars are Terri and Al. They give you tips on what to see and do, places to eat, maps and Terri even drove us the the ferry docks so we wouldn't have to walk! Where else would get customer service like that? We even received a small gift on departure. Will we stay again on our next trip to the Cape? YOU BET!! Thanks, Terri and Al!

Just returned home from staying at the Seacoast Inn for 2 nights out of our 6 night vacation. I wish we would have stayed at the Seacoast Inn the entire time. Terri & Al are fantastic. They are full of information about the area and will do anything for you from booking tour tickets to driving you to the ferry if you are running late. Terri even put clothes that we had washed in the dryer, folded them and had them ready to pick up when we returned from dinner. Our room (which they upgraded upon our arrival) was great. I would highly recommend this motel and will definitly return if we head to the Cape again.

We endorse the glowing reviews. Terri's tour advice was a highlight. The lack of a view is more than compensated for by Terri's and Al's hospitality.
