We saw photos of dishes from Timothy's on FB. We decided to give it a try, as they looked scrumptious!
So glad we did. The space was inviting, the staff was friendly and attentive... but let me tell you, the magic that happens in that kitchen is spectacular! We had the nightly special of Scallop and Shrimp Pomodoro. The scallops were cooked to perfection, tender and succulent. Shrimp were large and plump. But that sauce was perfection on a plate. Not too acid not too sweet and as fresh tasting as I've ever had!!! Hats off to
Chef Eric Filkins and the staff at Timothy's for an excellent dinner in the Berkshires.
