Brava opens at 5 pm. When we arrived at 5:05 pm, there was one open table and just a few seats at the bar. Word has gotten around that this place serves not only good food but interesting and different food. For example, how about mushrooms stuffed with a smooth mix of black beans and chorizo? Small plates include mini meatballs in red sauce and crispy calamari.
Thety have great hand crafted 10 inch pizzas. We created one with caramelized onions, mushrooms and fontina cheese (photo). Loved the toppings, loved the crunchy crust.
It's a very small place; so, it's amazing they so many wines and beers available - something like 50+ of each. Don't expect Coors beer or Gallo wine here - Bravo is way too cool. Can't make up your mind - try a wine flight.
Again, it's a small place and quite popular which means it's tough to get a table, tables are close together and, as a consequence, it can get noisy.
As I said, the past reviews are on target - Bravo gets a big time "Bravo" from me.
