I was here with 4 other friends and the food was great. We showed up on time for our reservations but the tables were full. The hostess bought us a round of drinks to make up for the wait we had which ended up being only 10 mins standing time. The waiter had great ,through, service. My water was always full and he brought us more bread too. The bread was yummy and so was the calamari. Dont get the fried zucchini it is too greasy. Next time I hope to leave room for dessert, they looked great! I cant wait to return here!

Talk about an excellent diamond in a sea of excellent restaurants. This has been a family favorite for over five years. The dishes, each exquisite, but yet so simple. Authentic, I mean real awesome Italian food with the red checked table clothes, Italian homemade lasagna, the best Chicken piccata ever served with their famous potatoes au gratin, Bolognese to die for, the best rib eye in town, just go and fall in love. Luke and Travis, outstanding manager and waiter made us feel we should be back every week ! We thank you for being in Lenox as our favorite restaurant !

From beginning to end the service was very poor. The hostess sat the two of us in a small room out back next to a table of seven which was very noisy where we could hear everyone's conversations. (The rest of the restaurant was empty.) The waiter was inept. We waited a long time before he came to the table. The before dinner drinks we ordered that came to the table were wrong. Salad was served without asking what dressing we preferred. (The next table was asked.) When served dinner he placed the wrong meals before each of us. My wife ate only half her meal and asked to take home the rest. He threw it out saying he didn't her her ask to take it. After receiving the check he took it back because he forgot to charge us for an item. No one checked during the meal to see if everything was OK. The food was reasonably priced but was nothing to brag about.

We showed up without a reservation but they were very accommodating. We enjoyed a nice dinner although maybe a little pricey. But we enjoyed ourselves. And the desserts were delicious!

A good deal and nice atmosphere. Its not pretentious but its clean and deciduous. The service was fantastic and we have been back several times scene.
