I called in regarding my stay. Please see reference number 3005692, given to me by customer service. In short, my first few hours there were frustrating, confusing, and simply unacceptable. i had to switch to 3 different rooms due noise from the elevator that was attached to room no:1, a broken toilet in room no. 2 (201), just to end up being put back by the elevator for room no. 3 (215), which was a close second as it relates to NOISE from the elevator as room no 1. The young lady that checked me in was noticeably annoyed with ME because i wanted a quiet room with a functional bathroom. She wasn't apologetic, professional or happily accomodating knowing that I had to unpack and pack 2 times before being placed in another subpar room.
*Note+ The only reason I'm not giving the lowest ratings for CUSTOMER SERVICE is because I don't want to penalize the other staff who were actually friendly at checkout.More
