This hotel is pretty new and has a "green" focus. Electric car and hybrid spots closest to the door. Green materials in the finishes etc. the rooms are nice with kitchenettes. If you are thinking of staying and needing a fridge or cooking area this would be perfect for you. If not its still a beautiful space and the bed is super comfy. Rainfall showerhead in the bathroom is always nice too. The breakfast is a pretty big spread and we got it for free so it was great. There is also a small pool and a gym. The location is right near the highway for east access but theres no traffic noise or anything in the hotel. Overall I would recommend a stay to anyone. You can't go wrong.

My family and I usually stay at the aloft (across the parking lot from element) both spg hotels, but decided to try element this time. I really like this hotel, first they are a modern style hotel clean lines and simply decor (they also pride themselves on being a green hotel). We stayed in a 2queen suite, the price is excellent, rooms are large and the kitchen has every thing you could need (full size frig, stove top, microwave, toaster, pots/pans and utensils) a large spa like bathroom, office/desk area, and comfortable living area) The staff was friendly and breakfast was a nice addition. We will certainly be back!!! Thanks.

My boyfriend and I stayed here overnight for my birthday and were very impressed. The moment we walked into the lobby Michelle welcomed us with a bright smile and made us feel welcomed! It didnt end there. We had called down to request some ice and when the friendly housekeeper came to the room to deliver it we were surprised to see yummy cupcakes and Pellegrino water with a nice note from Michelle and the hotel staff. It was such a nice touch and we were both very impressed with the service. The rooms are spacious and clean, but also have a cozy feel to them. It is just a short distance from downtown Lexington with numerous restaurants. We look forward to our next stay at the Element!

In an attempt to find a hotel close to my meeting arranged on short notice, after searching selected Element for the 'cool look' and great price compared to Boston hotels. Overall the stay was great. While some at the front desk could be a bit more energetic, as a whole the staff was friendly and helpful. A lack of cable in the room was quickly addressed with a smile. The hotel decor is very chic, and I found our room (with two queens) to be quite roomy and comfortable. The shower was a hite & my teen was impressed with the dual flush commode! LOL The continental breakfast, as the Element calls it, is fabulous! Not the usual dud fruit and boiled eggs, it features great smoothie shots, delicious hot sandwhiches, juices, etc. and seemed quite popular with the guests. The atmosphere is busy, but guests are respectfully quite with lots of intimate conversations. An attentive breakfast staff watches and is ready to address needs (like when we arrived toward the end of breakfast and the smoothing shots were gone) An inquiry produced more for our enjoyment. Happy hour, again brought guests to the lobby, to decompress or return to their rooms with a glass of wine. The whole vibe was low key engagement of the offerings. With a need to return to the area soon, I look forward to a return stay.

Room Tip: I don't know that there's a great view option, just by the location. Our room was facing the back with a parking lot, but it was wooded, of course it was so cold and windy, we weren't raising the blinds to view anything.

I spend more nights at this hotel than I do at home. Having said that, if its location wasn't so close to my office, I wouldn't stay a night.

The carelessness of management on customers, on maintenance and consistent failure to even deliver on basic repairs makes this hotel hard to rate beyond poor. On the positive side, I would compliment the friendly kitchen staff and maybe 1 or 2 staff from the front desk.
