We stayed here to attend a competition my daughter was taking part in. We were put into the newer part of the hotel, which was updated and smelled clean and fresh. The older part of the hotel did not match it. Breakfasts were complimentary and a step above the usual offerings, with personal choice cooked food and plenty of healthy offerings. Our room was quiet and looked onto a central garden. There are wonderful day trips that are easy drives and Boston is not too far away. Beware, however, the hotel information in the room offers free transport to and from Boston airport which is no longer true! When I asked about it I was just told that they would get housekeeping to remove the information from the room, with a "sorry"

After just having a terrible experience at another Embassy Suites, I wasn't looking forward to staying here. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was above average for a hotel "hot breakfast". The staff was very nice. We had a few minor issues in the beginning but they were fixed right away.

The atrium rooms where we stayed were a little small and dated but clean. We were there for 6 nights so it did seem a little cramped after a while.

I would stay here again.

The best of this hotel was people working here - everybody was so nice and helpful. What I did not like was: 1) Dated facilities - carpet, fitness facilities 2) Manager's special - you have to pay for the drink, $8 for beer, and only snack was free. 3) Breakfast menu was limited. 4) Elevator was so slow - because a lot of people have to use the one elevator in the east side. Overall it is a "ok" embassy for me.

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip and it was really one of the good trip. I liked the suite rooms which had 2 separate rooms, and really spacious..You can't find such big rooms in Europe anywhere :))..Overall, a good hotel to stay if you are visiting that city or around...

Room Tip: Higher floors have good view from the window

I have to say each and every staff member is very friendly and helpful. They are all ready to help. The loction is good and several eateries are nearby. All interstate highways are close by.

The rooms are rather small. the king suite in the property is as big as a regular room in other Embassy properties. Hotel does need carpets etc to be replaced.

During our stay we had several students for a sport event and we saw swim suits, underwears on balconey railings and on room door knobs-not a very positive impression for a business traveler!

I stay here for extended periods for work. The staff could not be any nicer.

The breakfast is a step above your typical Embassy, as is the restaurant. Their gym is minimal equipment that seems to be a remodeled broom closet. That said, the property has agreements with the local Planet Fitness and Wayside Tennis/Swim Club - these are both nice facilities and I really appreciate this arrangement.

I recommend a room on the 3rd floor so you can avoid the elevator to get to your car. The main elevator to the lobby is painfully slow. They also only offer body wash on the executive floor, but will provide it on request. Beds, linens and pillows are great!!!

Room Tip: Third floor on the "new" side.

We recently stayed here for a family vacation and sports tournament. Hotel was nice and clean. The only issue we had was no wifi and the $14.95 was excessive. We have stayed at other Embassy suites and wifi was included. Breakfast was nice, however a lot of the dishes were dirty, including the silverware.
