“Excellent Customer Service Friendly Staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 October 2013

I have stayed here multiple times while traveling on business. The staff greets me by name before I even reach the desk. The restaurant staff also remembers my name. Makes business travel a lot more tolerable. Rooms are clean. Issues are resolved in a quick apologetic manner. New renovation is great.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend. There was a load party going on in the hallway and room next door until 4:30 AM. When I arrived that afternoon I was that the hotel had put out signs on the floor saying things like no alcohol outside of rooms not served by hotel staff. So, they knew there would be a problem, but didn't do anything to monitor/stop it. I view the most basic function of a hotel as providing a quiet place to sleep. This hotel fails.

Very comfortable beds and very clean hotel. Would definitely recommend this one. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good - lots to choose from. The food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was pretty good - not great, but good. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: May not want to stay in a room over where the front doors are. It did get a little noisy when peopl...

I spent a night here during the Memorial Day weekend, was able to get a decent room without a reservation, clean, standard Marriott product. The front desk staff was really helpful with orientation to the area. I will say that the breakfast was particularly good.

I recently stayed here for a hockey tournament my son played in in Marboro and found this to be a good value - we paid a group rate of $84 a night and got free breakfast. It has been recently renovated and has a decent gym. The location isn't close to many restaurants which would be my only gripe, but if you don't mind driving 5 or 10 minutes, you can find something.

We have stayed at this Courtyard many times in the past few years. It is located only a few miles from the local Hockey Rink that hosts large tournaments.
This is the best hotel we have stayed at in the area. The beds are great. The location just off the highway 495. Restaurants and shops in close proximity. They have a large comfortable lobby to sit and read in or socialize when traveling with a group. They also have banquet rooms that they will open up for he kids to keep them out of the hallways. We have been there when they have opened the banquet room for our entire team to have a pizza party.
The only negative is the food is terrible and very expensive. The buffet breakfast is also terrible. We choose to eat at the rink or a local restaurant when staying here. Overall I think this is a very comfortable place to stay

We stayed overnight while visiting colleges in the Boston/Worcester area. The hotel is conveniently located for this purpose, although there was nothing immediately close by.

Our room was comfortable, but needed a little TLC. A pull out ottoman was very worn and when we pulled it out to use it, was covered in dust and what ever fell off the last person to use it... (yuck). Also the headboard for the bed was made of wood panels which had spaces in between them. It looked interesting from a distance, but up close, it appeared to be dusty in between the panels. It clearly was not something that could be easily cleaned, so I do not fault the cleaning staff, I would say the "decorator" was at fault here.

Breakfast during the work week is included as well as an evening "snack" a great convenience. We arrived too late to take advantage of the snack, but did have breakfast. The buffet had enough choices for everyone in our group to choose from.

I would recommend this hotel.
