We visited here during the off-season while shopping for a home. So we stayed in six or seven different units from February through April. The value for the money was fantastic, the condos were all clean and had made service daily even though the price was so low. Mashpee Commons has plenty of restaurants open during the off-season so we had a great time. It is also a short drive,15-20' to the restaurants and sites in Falmouth and Hyannis from this location

Room Tip: Most of the rooms are not right on the beach

We stayed at a cottage with one bedroom and a kitchen. This is a country club environment so dress code is enforced. The check-in area was not easy to find. But when we checked in, customer service was very nice. They explained how to get around and provided a map for different areas of interest. The cottage is perfect for couples or a small family of 4. It is very cute, clean and quaint, as a cottage in Cape Cod should be. The bedroom was a good size, with a full bed and plenty of storage space. The bed was not comfortable, too many lumps. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, eat and clean. The living room has a small dining table with 2 chairs, tv and sofa bed. For some reason, I keep slipping off the sofa, no matter how I sit. Both the AC in the living room and bedroom were quiet and working great. The bathroom is tiny. A big person would hit all the walls in the shower. However, they do provide all the amenities. The beach is about 100 yards away with beach chairs. There are plenty of spaces to walk, hike, golf, play tennis, swim, and exercise in a gym. They are almost done with a new gym. The whole community is beautiful and well cared for. During off season, very few things are opened. But in-season is very busy as everything will be opened. Their restaurants cater to the public so it gets crowded quick. Great place to stay and bring family for the summer or just be near the beach.

We stayed in one bedroom cottage, steps away from the Popponesset Inn (which was closed this time of year) - the cottage was impeccable, with a small galley kitchen, quaint living area with pull out coach and a large bedroom. There was one bathroom with a shower stall and a ton of plush towels. It was freezing and stormy our first night, but we could barely hear the wind and the cottage was warm and cozy. We ate at the Golf Club, which looked very expensive and not family oriented- we were wrong, there wasn't a "dress code " so the kids kept their jeans on and dinner menu included reasonably priced meals and sandwiches- no need to look further than the buttered lobster roll. You definitely need a car. We normally stay in a house during the summer, so this quick weekend trip was the perfect surprise.

One bedroom with kitchen. Great location, accommodations were fabulous. Full kitchen available (only thing missing was a dishwasher). Short walk to the private beach. Due to a storm there was lots of seaweed, so we moved to the pool. Very nice setup loung chairs, tables and umbrellas. Popponesett inn was a great place for dinner also within walking distance.

We stayed here this past Columbus Day weekend. The overall facility is great, beautiful, large and proximity to ocean cannot be beat. The cottage that we stayed in was clean but very musty smelling. My allergies were terrible while we were here. Beds are not comfortable and mattresses make noise with every movement. The cottages are right across from a venue where they hold weddings, etc. The band sounds like it is in your living room. The event was done by 11, but I feel they should tell you at check in if there will be an event when you are staying. Overpriced given the accommodations. Not enough info provided about the grounds and facilities upon check in.
