I always find it hard to rate this type of hotel any higher than 3 or 4... that's not to say anything was wrong though. Its just your cookie cutter business hotel. Rooms are standard (my Marriott rewards status got me bumped to a "suite" which was just a room plus a living area, but much appreciated). No frills, but the conveniences are there and they don't miss a beat. Free coffee, a small but efficient snack/amenity shop, and a really well run breakfast/lunch counter.

But what made this place a "4", (my top level for a traveler hotel) was the people. Robin, our wonderful deskman, checked us in efficiently and truly was welcoming and informative. He appeared to be genuinely happy to have us as "his" guests. When we returned from a night out, he welcomed us back enthusiastically. He is an asset, but our greetings from the other employees on the property seem to indicate this type of enthusiasm is the rule NOT the exception. The Marriott/Ritz principals have certainly taken route here.

Eleanor, the wonderful lady from the Bistro was memorable, as was the chef who came out to make sure our breakfast sandwiches and yougurt/granola combo was up to our expectations (which it truly was).

If you need to be in Milford, stay here with confidence. Well run hotel. (and only 99 bucks that night!)

Room Tip: Get a courtyard room. They have balconies and it is a well maintained area to look at...

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks NOV 2012. The staff there is nice and they always smile at you.

In Room Services:
Staff keeps the hotel clean and the rooms are tidy; if you have left your bag on the bed they will still do the bed and keep the bag in the same place.

You will also like to have a room with balacony; nice fresh air... and good for smokers! ;) .. you should quit.

The furniture is adequate... good looking and functional for all purposes.

Hotel Services:
There is a nice big Touch LCD screen in the lobby where you can find news and points of interest (powered by google maps) will do if you did not have a GPS.

There is no one to pick you laggage to the room you will have to do that by yourself. also remember that the hotel coridors are really LONGGG way so if you are carring heavy stuff and you are staying in rooms 210 and above you will nprobably need to park your car at the back.

Near Bys:
Dunken Dounuts
Best Buy
Holyday Inn Express - Another good Hotel, serves apple juice, pop corn and fresh apples (PLUS a complimentary Breakfast) all for FREE
Wendy's Burger - do not recommend that!

hope this helped

Room Tip: South side Inner rooms w/ balacony

Stayed overnight on a business trip. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and the next morning were at the Bistro serving breakfast. First time in my life have well traveled, the individual remembered me, called me by my name and apologized for the delayed in serving my Tea, given he was a one man band making b'fast and taking order.

A clean hotel, bit difficult to find as per other postings, check in was a breeze, room are large, good WiFi and excellent service.

One con was the shower water was brown even after running it for a while.

Room Tip: Request a quite room away from the traffic, elevator and ice machines.

I stayed here for a week during my training in a company near by in August. At first it seemed like a Marriott but when you stay there more than a day you would notice the aging. The carpet in my room had stains! the walls were thin and I could hear what other people were talking in next room! The PTAC was very loud, and when I complained the front desk about it they said, it's just because it's a larger PTAC compared to other ones! I Also, the Laundry room was separated in a separate building with Swimming pool and GYM. I personally found it inconvenient. I Also thought that more than one pack of coffee should be there in the room especially when you are travelling for business purpose, one would work long hours and can use more than one cup of coffee. Also, their Guest computer system is just garbage. It can't read certain file types and even newer .docx file type. It was great to see a front desk person went back in the office and printed out documents for me. Otherwise it could have been an issue. Last but not least, Please replace room doors! 1980 wants them back... Overall, it was an ok stay.....

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The tv is a bit askew from the bed so it was awkward watching it. The rate was high for someone just passing through but relative to other hotels in the area it was one of the lesser expensive decent places. If you're going to pats game, its a good price for a hotel.

This Marriott exceeds my expectations in service and comfort. Clean rooms, decent Internet and staff that takes care of repeat customers! I stay here very often and am not changing anytime soon.
The food and beverages are a bit over priced but the gym and pool are great

This Courtyard is a well kept well maintained property. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, professional staff, and convenient to the area. The interior room with the courtyard view makes you forget that you are actually in a very commercial area. The lobby is bright and upscale and the Bistro area offered enough to get you through your stay if you didnt have time to leave for a meal. Will return again when we need to stay in this area

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a courtyard view
