Review of TGI Friday's

TGI Friday's

There has been a great waitress & waiter or two, but for some reason, most do not seem to stay. Can't help but wonder if it is the management, which has certainly been out-of-sight to the "regular" customer (usually lunch, sometimes supper). The turkey burgers are good, & the salads are good, but the prices have gone up over the years, & the portions have gone down. When a company, especially a chain, decides to raise meal prices, they should provide a consistent & fair product. Fridays does not, particularly when it come to the salads--often missing a component or two (like the cranberries, oranges and/or nuts), and the amount of lettuce is even negligible for the price lately--very disappointing. And there has always been something wrong with the temperature inside of this Fridays--it is ALWAY COLD in here--& freezing in the rest room. When every customer, for years, is wearing a jacket in there, the management should take notice. We get the impression that management doesn't care.
