It was a last minute booking that turned out to be a really great one! The room/apartment was cleaner and much bigger than expected. If I could rent it monthly I would do that! Great location, easy to find parking and cosy room.

My wife and I recently spent the weekend at The Inn. It was our second visit, and won't be out last. The proprietors and property manager were quick to respond to our inquiries and questions. It was hassle-free to book the space. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and well-decorated, while quaint. The downtown area is walking distance from The Inn...so convenient. We can't wait to book our next visit.

Have been staying at the Inn for over a month now on an extended stay. The owners, while not on site are readily available, helpful and friendly. It's not a fancy place but comfortable and in a very quiet location. It's very close to all the shops and restaurants, lots of local sights to see close by. Only drawback for me is the small size of the bathrooms. Otherwise it gets my vote as the place to stay in Newburyport.

Great place to stay in downtown Newburyport. Room was lovely with views over the town and the beds were super comfy. Kitchenette was well stocked for dining in. Staff were super friendly and responsive. I was there in the winter and felt snug as a bug!

Terrific location, very nice amenities. The innkeeper was very polite and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. The size of the suite was HUGE. Full kitchen available with complimentary snacks and granola bars, etc. The bed was very comfortable. The suite was very clean as well, i would highly recommend this Inn to anyone staying in Newburyport.

Newburyport is a really quaint and great town.
After a miscommunication with the B&B I was supposed to stay at, I ended up at the Inn at Newburyport.
I am SO happy I did.
The rate was very reasonable for Suite 10. It has the BEST king bed I have ever slept in at a hotel.
The suite had a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. It was basically a one bedroom apartment.
Everything was in walking distance with plenty of on street parking.
Everything in the building has great old New England charm. Lots of character and GREAT furniture.
The only reason why this place doesn't get 5 stars is because the bathroom and shower (especially the shower) is a little tight. As long as you're ok with taking a shower in a smaller stand up shower stall, then you'll be just fine. The high points completely outweigh the smaller bathroom and shower.
So book a wonderful weekend at the most cost effective and loveliest place on town. :)
