“Where the locals go for bountiful servings of tasty seafood”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 August 2014

It's a small knotty pine paneled restaurant/bar whose walls are covered with college banners from all over the US. It's not fancy, or upscale. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food was very tasty and plentiful. If you're looking for good food, especially seafood, where the locals go to eat, this is the place. It's pretty popular. I would definitely eat here again.

“Go where the locals go”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 July 2014

For as long as I can remember this has been the go to spot for friend clams. I don't think I've EVER got something different. It's always busy, for good reason.

“Best seafood around.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 June 2014

We went to Newburyport last week and decided to go to the Park Lunch as we have not been there for awhile. We live an hour away & the food is well worth the ride. We met the family there. We went a little before supper time and glad we did as we needed a large table and they were already people in line. After a short wait we were seated. This is not a fancy place. It is small, friendly, and serves the best food.

“Something Fishy”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 May 2014

We eat here as a party of nine.Starting with chicken dippers and various other delights. The fried scallops were beautifully done and were plentiful,a good pizza was also served up.Fries are also excellent. This is the type of place where you wont have any room left for dessert.Waitress was excellent and friendly.Pity the place is so small.Somebody should also do a course in pouring Guinness as it was only very average.
