The staff at the Holiday Inn couldn't have been more welcoming. It is a clean, very nice establishment with large rooms. The open-air parking lot is adjacent. Mass MoCA (The Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art) is diagonally across the street and within walking distance are a handful of nice restaurants, although we spent the majority of our time in Williamstown, which is only a 10-minute drive away.

Room Tip: I would ask for a room that doesn't overlook their restaurant/lounge/bar area.

This Holiday Inn had a good review as regards room stay. We were able to stay at a hotel that was located off Main Street in North Adams. Only two things interrupted our stay: one breakfast mix-up which was handled by restaurant staff. The second was an overly noisy bar attached to the dining room.

Room Tip: In the area of the hotel, watch out for the signage; can be confusing for road travellers.

This location is right next to the "downtown" Main street of North Adams. So, it was very convenient for a choice of restaurants. Room was comfortable, clean. No continental breakfast (unless you pay more for the room) and prices could have been a bit lower. The employees were friendly and helpful. The mini fridge and microwave were convenient touches. I felt the parking area was a bit creepy and isolated, especially at night. But our belongings were safe.

Room Tip: ask for a view!

Place was clean, staff friendly and the bed was very comfortable. Room had mini fridge, microwave, cable, hair dryer, iron and was a big room. Price was fair. I recommend. We got there late and there was still parking but it seemed a bit far and scary at night but in the daylight it was fine.

We stayed in room 708 at this hotel this past weekend. The room was big with two queen bedrooms. Even though there were just two of us, it did feel as if there was plenty of room for four. The room and the bathroom was spotless clean and looked new. We had a great view of the mountains from the big windows. The bed was very comfortable.
The pool and spa are also very nice. I highly recommend this property if you are in the area.

Room Tip: Room 708 was very good with a nice view of the mountains and plenty of room for four people.
