We had a great meal at this restaurant and highly recommend it. We were considering the cheese plate based upon the local items included. The waitress said it could be ordered as a half-and-half cheese and meat plate. The cheese/meat plate was quite large for sharing. One of us ordered the homemade chicken vegetable soup and said that the chicken was the best she had ever tasted, and the soup was delicious. The Clam Chowder was very good, absolutely no complaints; however, do not order it if you prefer or expect a thick Cape chowder. The Lobster BBQ was superb. Overall the food, service, and decor were exceptional.

The new chef at 323 North and the upgraded design make for a wonderful addition to Chatham's restaurants. We have tried the new gourmet pizza now several times and it's always excellent with a tasty thin crust, fresh vegetables and nice assortment of toppings. The restaurant itself offers fresh seafood dishes and more. Changes to this restaurant include American Cuisine with a flair e.g. Gazpacho, Paella, etc. instead of more traditional American food. We recently also enjoyed the jazz duo playing during our dinner out.

My wife and I have been taking summer mini-vacations on Cape Cod for a dozen years or so. We have visited this restaurant (under several different ownerships) many times. Overall we have been satisfied, but not so much during the last year or two. We had not planned to return this year but when we noticed the new name we decided to give it a try.

My wife and I, and another couple, arrived about 6PM on a weekday. There were only a couple of table occupied but within an hour most of the tables were filled. Later, as we were leaving, the host suggested that if we were to return at a later time of evening, it might be helpful to make a reservation. This contrasts to most of the other restaurants on the Cape where we’ve eaten: they don’t take reservations or require a larger party than four people for reservations. The service was fine. The prices were typical Cape Cod prices, meaning that you could get a similar meal in a similar restaurant not on the Cape for a few dollars less.

Now for the food. Each of us had clam chowder and we all agreed it was adequate but not exceptional. (A few days later we went for lunch to Captain Parker’s in Yarmouth and had superb clam chowder.) For the entrée, one of us had cod, another calamari (small plate – there are several of these on the menu) and two had the angus beef filet medallions. We all agreed that the food was very good. Both who had the beef medallions would have been satisfied ordering the small plate: the regular entrée included two good size medallions and generous portions of vegetables.

We’re happy that we tried the new ownership and certainly will return.

Eat here with family (5) last night - what a great meal, and sensible portions too! Presentation, service and quality of food all excellent - funnily enough only let down (hence the 4) surprisingly by the 1 pizzetta we had (it's their speciality) which was heavy and pretty bland. All else just great - best meal on cape cod so far!! Certainly kicks the wild goose into touch!!
