For the last 12 years my husband Mike and I have been coming here when we go to the Cape.
The price is one of the cheapest in the area. The location is great. The rooms are kept clean and the management is there to help you if there is a problem. It's an older motel but has been well kept. The grounds are beautiful, it also has two pools both indoor and outdoor and a game room. Complimentary continental breakfast is served every morning with cereal, bagels, pastries, waffles, juice, coffee and fruit. They also have free internet service! Can't beat it for the price and quality service. In fact we are staying there tomorrow to celebrate our 30th Anniversary!

Room Tip: Stayed on both sides and no complaints. I just require downstairs because of mobility issues.

Thanks for taking the time to write a nice, accurate & positive review!
We appreciate knowing that our guests' see that we do deliver on value, service + location.
These are some of the reasons why we have been satisfying our many new and repeat guests for over 45+ years-- under the same continuous local family ownership.
We look forward to continuing to make upgrades and improvements to our facility-- so that our customers can enjoy their time here with us--- for many more years to come.

I would rate the facility as average, no more and no less. It was somewhat clean. A few spider webs but that is to be expected at that price in a motel. The rooms smelled musty. We had 2 rooms, one the a/c worked and we could open the front door vents to get some air, but the other the a/c was very noisy and we could not open the front door vents. No screens on patio doors is their policy. So fresh air was tough to get. We did bring this up a few times and were told it would be remedied, but was not.
The indoor pool and hot tub were ok. Again, probably typical for a motel, this is not a hotel.
The breakfast was horrible, ants on tables and counter. When I made reservations they said "eggs and waffles", which turned out to be hard boiled eggs on a platter and eggo waffles. So we only ate their the first morning.
The staff was friendly and the facility was clean in general. Very out dated and definitely in need of some upgrades and maintenance for sure.
Location was great.
But I would not stay there again. I would spend the extra little bit to get a more updated place.

Room Tip: If you want a "suite" make sure you ask for one with the pull out bed in the other room, w...

I'm always interested in feedback from guests regarding their stay here.
Everyone has different expectations --and we do our best to make our guests' stay here a pleasant one. We make every attempt to make an accurate representation of our selves to prospective guests seeking information--so that they can judge if they want to stay here with us --or instead choose another more expensive option--which may better suit their desires.
Unfortunately-- sometimes people expect more than we can deliver--despite our best efforts.
We have added many items to our complimentary continental breakfast over the years, and most of our repeat guests have expressed their appreciation of our addition of yogurt, hardboiled eggs and waffles--Due to our towns board of health regulations we are limited to offering prepared foods--
Our rooms don't have screens on the sliding doors since we have found that since the invention and widespread adoption of air conditioning that most people are satisfied with a/c alone--and don't ever want or need to open the windows or door. Also this would be another opportunity for insects to enter the rooms--which this guest already expressed their displeasure about.
We try our very best to deliver a good value for our many guests, we are always making improvements to our property with the intention of making all of our many customers stay here enjoyable.

Stayed here for a friends wedding... Many of the general amenities were non functional... Such as bathroom exhaust fan, shower drainage issue, AC unit struggled...ceiling in bathroom practically falling down... Etc. it was close to the beach which was a plus and the staff was friendly, especially Clerk Ted.... Honestly I wouldn't mind paying more to stay there if it was updated... It just felt like stepping into a time warp circa 1973...

We're always interested to get feedback from our guest's regarding their stay here.
It continues to puzzle me why someone would choose not to bring any specific issues that they might have with their stay here --to our attention --while they are here-- and then these issues could be properly addressed & rectified--and instead wait until they have checked out -- to comment about them-
We do our very best to make sure our guest's enjoy their stay here--and my staff and I are constantly working to improve and maintain our facility.
It is no secret-- that our buildings(like most here on Cape Cod) were built in the mid 60's-- and that there are fancier, more expensive options out there--for those who do desire that.
One of the great challenges of operating an older property in a seasonal area-- is to keep it in good condition and up to date--while keeping the prices affordable--
We do have many repeat, long term customers who do appreciate what we have to offer--clean, well maintained rooms and a friendly staff--all at a family friendly, affordable price.
We look forward to continuing to welcoming many more guests here-- who do agree that what we have to offer-- is in line with their expectations.

My family gathered at this place for a family reunion. We came from North and South. The Seashore Park Inn provided interest with an indoor and outdoor pool, continental breakfast with a game room upstairs for the kids and adults. There was a gazebo in the center for chit chats and small barbeques for grilling or roasting mashmallows. It is a little dated but well maintained and clean. Close to a lot of interests such as beachs, shopping, P-Town, kayaking and small museums. Have been there before and will go back.

I am on the fence about how to rate this property. If the hot tub had jets and the pools were not ice cold I would have rated this property very good that being said after a couple of months of solar heating the pools will make this a great place to stay for a Cape Cod summer vacation. On the other hand the price we paid to stay was exceptional, less than half of what the Rodeway was asking and less than a third of what the Govenor Prence was asking for the same nights. Based on that alone I would have rated this place excellent, for an excellent value. There is a basic continental breakfast offered and a small game room above check in. The front desk clerk who checked us in, Ted is very people and customer oriented and offers superior service to the guests at this hotel. The housekeeping staff were out and about their business early and they were very friendly towards the guests as well. This property is around 50 years old but I found it to be well maintained and clean, We are looking forward to a hopeful future stay in August where I will be able to review this place again when the swimming pools are warmer

I am always interested in feedback from our guests regarding their stay here.
We do always keep our indoor pool heated to 84F which is considered to be optimal for a comfortable swimming temperature--the outdoor pool is heated only by the sun--and can be quite cool and refreshing until mid-summer. Our hot tub never has had jets--this is what differentiates a hot tub from a jacuzzi( which does have jets)--Most of our guests understand this --and I'm sorry that this was a source of any unhappiness for this guest.
I'm glad that to know that they will be returning again --in August-- and that they found us to be clean, well maintained and a good value!
This is why we have been here --in the business of satisfying generations of guests for over 45 years-- under the same family ownership--
We look forward to many more years --and welcoming many more guests this summer

This was I believe my 5th stay and as usual it was very enjoyable. Not only central Cape and convenient to all places, but the motel itself is surrounded with comfort and very pleasant personnel. Their breakfast consists of many bakery items, fruits, hot and cold cereals, juices, hard boiled eggs and drinks. It was more than enough of a big variety to wake up to.
Our room every time we stayed was always clean and housekeeping does a wonderful job keeping it that way.
Bernie is a definite asset with his big smile and winning personality..........always there to help!
The only downfall we had on this stay was the temp of the pool and the hours it was open. Previous stays it was opened til 8 p.m., which was great! This stay it closed at 6p.m. which was not enough time to enjoy it after dinner! This is one of the reasons we like Seashore so much, but we will stay again and hope the hours get extended.

Room Tip: If you like the indoor pool we always ask for a room as close as possible and we are seniors so we a...

We really appreciate it when one of our many repeat guests' takes the time to write a nice positive review of their stay here with us. It's especially nice that they have good things to say about their interactions with our staff members.
Our heated indoor pool is always kept @ 83F ( which is considered to be optimal for swiming) & our hours are limited during the shoulder season--we keep the pool open longer when their are more customers here during the busier main "season".
I'm glad that this repeat guest had many positive things to say about their stay here-- and we look forward to welcoming them back again in the future!

Stayed one night this past weekend during a last minute impromptu trip to the Cape. We picked this hotel because it had what we were looking for: an indoor and outdoor pool and the room I booked had a separate area with a pull out couch for my older daughters so we could have a little "privacy" between parents and children. Unfortunately after we checked in and got to the room, we found out that they had given us the wrong room, the one that is one large room with no separate area. We went down to the front desk immediately and they switched us to the correct room type
Upon entering the room, the smell was extremely strong and was a mixture of musty, and "old." The hotel is older, and we weren't expecting the "Ritz" based on the price and description, however it was strong enough that we almost changed rooms, but because we were only staying one night and not going to be in the room much, we bought some Febreeze and sprayed the carpet ourselves.
A couple of things.. other than the smell mentioned above the room was clean. Older, yes, but certainly functional. However, the kitchenette is NOT well stocked so if you plan on cooking you better bring some of your own pots. The WIFI did NOT work well at all, and we had to stand outside our hotel room door to get decent reception. I could get a little reception in the indoor pool area, but my husband's phone did not. The continental breakfast was basic, bagels, cereal, English muffins, Ego waffles...but there was a bug on the buffet table crawling under the bagel area which was a bit of a turn-off. Could have been a fluke. Two of the plastic lounge chairs at the indoor pool were cracked so the seat bowed way down when you sat in them but the.indoor pool, although not large, was clean and decent. Hot tub was nice but they wouldn't allow you to dial the switches to turn the jets on.
The location is a definite PLUS. Close to so many things, restaurants, mini-golf, and both Ocean side (Nauset) and bayside (Skaket) beaches. That was very convenient.
The front desk staff was friendly and so were the housekeeping staff that I encountered...all smiled and waved "hello." The front desk didn't hesitate to allow us a late noontime check out on Sunday morning because we wanted to go to church before we left and service didn't get out until about 11 am. We very much appreciated that!
Overall, I would say that it's nothing fantastically special and could certainly use upgrading with furnishings and WIFI (and please look into that smell!) but it wasn't bad and I think we may stay again if we decide we want to be in that part of the Cape again.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review of your stay here with us.
We always do our best to try to ensure our guests' enjoy their time here.
Unfortunately due to the damp maritime climate here on Cape Cod +that our rooms are closed and unoccupied for almost 6 months during the off-season--which can cause an odor that is sometimes unpleasant. We do our best to elimate this--without offending others-- with a "chemical" smell which air fresheners can also create.
Overall I was pleased to note that our friendly staff and great location were appreciated.
We continue to invest time and money into upgrades and improvements to our facility while also keeping our prices affordable for our guests.
We hope that this reviewer will choose to return here again-- in the future!
