“Cool Old House, Great Staff”
Reviewed 30 May 2013 via mobile

I like visiting this house every time we visit Plymouth. The old windows, hearths, and 17th century items owned by the Howland family are neat but the knowledgeable staff are the best feature. They know so much. Definitely worth a visit.

“What a house!”
Reviewed 8 January 2013

Must allow time to walk through this timeless house and take in the history of one of the pilgrim, who almost didn't make it the new world. Not going to tell you the story...you've got to ask original desendents who conduct the tour of the house...hint-Gail.

“real history on the main street”
Reviewed 27 August 2012

Wonderful house preserved in its several different periods from the early one room, dare I say "hovel?" to the more formal rooms added as the Pilgrim family grew and prospered.

“Back in time!”
Reviewed 16 August 2012

Loved this place! We live in an old house, so I knew what a lot of the unusual items there were, but still learned much! The house itself is just wonderful!
