“Wonderful Stay”
Reviewed 1 August 2014

Perfect!
In planning our annual summer get-away, my aunt and I somewhat randomly ended up at the Jesse Harlow House. We first chose a fun activity then based our stay on that location. The activity was a whale watch - which landed us in Plymouth where there are multiple places to stay.
My aunt loves colonial, quaint & classy B & B 's so I was trying to find such a place AND stay close to our "main activity". A computer search brought up the Jesse Harlow House - and it truly looked perfect - almost too good to be true.
From beginning to end, our experience at this B&B was absolutely terrific!
My phone conversations with Kathy, the innkeeper/owner, were just the start. After I explained to her my aunt's dietary restrictions she already seemed to be going out of her way in her planning.
When we arrived, we immediately felt welcomed. It was clear that we were her priority.
From delicious breakfasts, to home-made afternoon beverages and treats to evening wine invitations, we felt such warmth from Kathy.
Boy did we luck out on this somewhat randomly selected place!
The web-site and its descriptions for the Jesse Harlow House are lovely and true and must be experienced!

We highly recommend this B&B and look forward to returning!

We would highly recommend a stay here, the house is beautiful, in a good location and we had a delightful room. But most of all it is Kathy who makes this so special, she is the loveliest of hosts who really cares about her guests, booking tables and recommending places to visit, we really enjoyed talking to her. The breakfasts are delicious - no chance of going hungry here!! We wished we had been able to stay for longer but will return if we get the chance - thank you from two appreciative guests from England.

This was our third stay at The Jesse Harlow Bed and Breakfast and we are already planning our next trip! Always excellent food and spotless accommodations. Kathy and Dennis are extremely kind and helpful. We feel more like family than guests. This is the place to stay if you want to experience a truly exceptional B and B.

Our breakfasts were varied and interesting as well as nutritious. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. Thanks to Cathy and Dennis for adding so much to our visit to Plymouth. They helped us with reservations, suggested areas to visit, and provided a discount coupon for area historical locals. This bed and breakfast is within walking distance to the ocean and the famous Plymouth Rock. We always were excited to return to our "home away from home" to see what treat Cathy had whipped up for our before bedtime snack. We were never disappointed.

Hungry? This is what Kathy made us for breakfast: broiled coconut grapefruit, spinach and fruit salad with maple-balsamic vinaigrette, sausage, eggs with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and cheese, and homemade apple bread! We were able to walk to everything but the plantation, which was only 2 1/2 miles away. For dinner, we ate at Boston Tavern. Two words about that: Lobster ravioli! Amazing! We can't wait to visit Kathy and Dennis again and stay in their beautiful, comfy home.
