The management (sept 2002) allowed us to be confronted & harrassed continually by other renters re their parking problems. The management often was not around to attend to their responsibilities re this or other matters. The management did not provide handicapped parking which became an issue because of the arrival of a handicapped renter who needed extra space for a wheel chair. Again, this, a management issue was allowed to encroach upon our relaxation & vacation time as the establishments management was not around & we were confronted with this problem as we returned from dinner. Management also allowed renters paid for parking to be "given out for use by the unit owners to their friends" Other very very negative situations occured because of this. Management was either unavailable, unsympathetic, arrogant. NOTE: Parking is at a premium in Provincetown. We had to leave, due to the rude & unprofessional manner of the Manager. I will not mention her name. It was not a vacation, it was a stressed time. We had to go elsewhere in town & had a great time. We had stayed at Bayshore Chandler 3 times before this experience & encountered no problems, however the management was under someone elses care. We will NEVER go back.
