Super friendly staff, great location and nice and clean rooms. Home made bakery every day, beach stuff available free of charge. Staff knows a lot about the area and where to go, super relaxing. I can definitely recommend this place.

From John the owner...to his staff, I say hats off to a fantastic stay at a wonderful property. John is a gracious host. Breakfast is freshly cooked every morning by a wonderful young man. The main house feels like you are in your own home. John has refreshments and snacks available all day. The rooms are extremely clean and very tastefully decorated...clean lines. Property has been entirely redone...bath rooms are brand new and tastefully done too. I cannot say enough good things about this property. Yes it is outside of town which is exactly what we wanted. No noise and adults only...so no noisy partying in the evening. A group of us stayed here and will be back next year....cannot wait to return.

Room Tip: Not a bad room in the house.

I'm in the business and have stayed in many hotels but this one beats them all. The owner John is very accommodating, friendly, and hospitable. We had a small group that stayed at the Inn and he met each of us, remembered our names and went our of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise Cliff takes care of the morning setup and makes a terrific spread. We had pancakes, fresh fruit, sausages, fresh coffee and wonderful pastries. Our room was nicely appointed the bed very comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. Parking was convenient to the room and at check in they offered assistance with our luggage! Overall a very pleasant experience, we will return.

Room Tip: Our second floor corner room had two picture window's for great views and plenty of sunlight.

Our first time to P town and probably our last, just a little overwhelming for myself and my wife. But the Foxberry was amazing. 4 stars for location because it was a little longer walk to downtown than we would have liked but other than that the 2 owners were amazing. Free breakfast every morning cooked fresh and not a crumb anywhere afterward! Attention to detail was impressive.

Gracious hospitality, clean comfortable accomodations, wonderful breakfasts, nice views, parking, conveniently away from the foolishness of Commercial St(or close enough if you wish to participate), the Foxberry Inn has it all. You can't ask for better. We have stayed here several times since John & company got back into the guesthouse business, and every time without exception, it has been fabulous. As an example, during our recent stay, we had a lousy dinner at Victor's, came back and was raiding the snack area, and John popped up and asked if he could make us something. Little touches like that make a stay here wonderful. We truly enjoy visiting here and we honestly don't even look at booking with anyone else. Try it out.
