“Perfect place to stay”
Reviewed 27 April 2014

We have been going to Provincetown for many years. This was our first time at the Foxberry Inn. It was by far the best place to stay. The location is perfect. John and Joe was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was immaculately clean and the breakfast was perfect. It's like we found a second home away from home...Thank You

A friend and I stayed here in October and found it to be a very good place to stay.
The owners were extremely chatty and helpful and made us feel welcome and well served.
The facilities are also good value with the 24 hour baked goods and hot drinks available and the full range of breakfast items.
The location worked for us too being mid way between town and the end of the peninsula.
The room was nicely decorated and spacious, although the bathroom was a little snug.
I would recommend this hotel unreservedly.

We were late arriving at the hotel due to awful traffic leaving New York City. As promised by Management, a key was left outside Reception for us. The bedside lamps were on in our room...it looked so cosy and welcoming after our long drive. The room was immaculately clean and well furnished and decorated. Great coffee making facilities. Bed was huge with lovely bed linen. The bathroom was small but well equipped. Complimentary toiletries were of good quality.
Breakfast was amazing. Pastries and cake to die for! Well done guys....a great place to stay. Unfortunately we were only there for one night:(

If your travels are taking you to Provincetown Massachusetts, there is only one place you can stay: the Foxberry Inn. It's located at the very end of the peninsula and provides an outstanding experience. The best way to get there is to stay on Hwy 6 until you reach Bradford Street Extension, and turn Left-the Inn is the second place on the Right.

The proprietor is John Gagliardi, and he has created an ambience that is so relaxing and enjoyable, that you feel you are his best friend & that you are his guest, staying in his home.

The rooms are immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The first floor of the "main house" is open and available to all guests until 9pm each evening. He plays "easy listening" music in the dining area, and provides free coffee, teas, soft drinks and snacks. The house also provides a comfortable "parlor" / den, perfect for reading or light conversation with friends.

John and his staff cook a delicious, hot breakfast each morning, complete with cereals, fruit, muffins, scones & cakes as well as juices, coffee and teas.

John & his staff will do whatever it takes to accommodate his guests, even carrying your bags to the second floor.

I have traveled to 62 countries around the world & stayed in great hotels such as George V in Paris and Mandarin Oriental in Singapore. I have never felt so welcome and so much "at home" as I did at the Foxberry Inn in Provincetown, MA.

We had another extraordinary visit to the Foxberry. John made every detail memorable but more than that, made us feel like we were at home. The full breakfast, snacks all day long, drinks and coffee are just a small part of this wonderful place by the moors. John helps with dinner ideas and even fixed a smelly gym clothes issue. Nothing is left to chance, no detail unattended to. We LOVE this place and sign up to stay and celebrate our anniversary every year. Celebrating my retirement only seemed natural at our home away from home. Joe, Cliff and every other person who we had contact with added to this incredible stay. If you are from away, make this the place to stay in PTown.

Room Tip: We love the upstairs rooms for the view but friends stayed downstairs and the rooms were also great...

We arrived early on a very wet day in October, and were welcomed into the Inn. Our room was ready and after a quick and friendly introduction we were shown to our lovely ground floor room. Two very comfortable double beds, table, chairs and good sized bathroom. Spotlessly clean and elegantly decorated, with a great porch/decking/ seating outside - if only we'd had the weather.
They serve a very good breakfast too.
We'd love to return - both to Provincetown - and to the Foxberry Inn.

My husband and I recently returned from a weekend in Provincetown. We had the great fortune of staying at the Foxberry Inn once again. We also stayed there in Fall 2010 and Fall 2011. Our room and bathroom were very neat and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I don't normally sleep well while traveling, but I had two great nights of sleep. We had a nice balcony view of Herring Cove. John, the owner, made us feel right at home. He serves a fabulous breakfast from 8-10am that starts your day off on a wonderful note. All his staff is friendly and as personable as John. I highly recommend staying at the Foxberry Inn. You won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Room 7 has a view of the ocean and Room 12 has an extra window. Both are very nice rooms.
