We just paid our second visit to the Elephant Walk this season and liked it even more than the first time. (We prefer the larger rooms on the second floor.) The lovely breakfast, wine hour in the afternoon, and the shaded deck off the second floor were all highlights . We also appreciated the quiet location which is very close to the action of Commercial Street but not in it. Jeffrey continues to be the consummate innkeeper and we will definitely be back next year.

Room Tip: The Elephant Walk is one of the few inns in town that has two double beds in one of their rooms, per...

I cannot fault the Elephant Walk Inn and Jeffrey the Inn Keeper.
We arrived at the inn after an exhausting drive from NYC only to discover there was a problem with our online booking which had not gone through. A system error which could have ruined our stay. But Jeffrey was amazing and came up with a solution which meant we stayed one night at another nearby guest house but returned to the Elephant Walk Inn for the rest of our stay. I am so glad we did.
Staying at the Elephant Walk Inn is a wonderfully relaxing experience. The inn is in a great location, two minutes walk from the sea and the main shopping/restaurant thoroughfare, and the rooms are beautifully decorated and pristine. Jeffrey is the perfect host with a great eye for detail. He has the unerring ability to engage everyone in conversation and make you feel you are staying with a friend. The complimentary wine is a great touch and particularly enjoyable on the tree top terrace.
My only regret? We couldn't stay longer....

Just stayed at The Elephant Walk Inn, large rooms with plenty of space to put all your things. Nice breakfast in the morning, wine hour in the afternoon. Rooms have just been redone the place is clean and very comfortable . The innkeeper Jeffery does a wonderful job and is very helpful and accommodating. Great location on Bradford Street not much noise from street. Nice enclosed porch which is very comfortable for sitting and relaxing. They also have parking which is a huge bonus in ptown. I will be back!

The Elephant Walk Inn is a good place to stay in Provincetown. Fair priced and well decorated, it is really a very comfortable hotel. I've been there in a very hot week and all the common areas were air conditioned. The AC in our room also worked really well. We found the bedrooms very clean and neat, but not very spacious.
They clean the rooms every single day and everything is kept in a very good condition. Every single detail is taken care of. Jeffrey is a very warm innkeeper and he is always around, talking to people and making everybody feel at home. The tree top terrace is definitely a plus! What a place to enjoy the complimentary wine Jeffrey offers every afternoon! The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast. The place where it is served is a little strait and tight. The breakfast options are tasty (including the delicious muffins made every morning by Jeffrey), but a little limited. In summary, it is a very good lodging option in Ptown.

Room Tip: We stayed in one of the front rooms, which are a little bit more spacious than the others.

Our second time staying here, and again, a great time. Our host is most accommodating on all accounts. Very clean. Reasonably priced. Great breakfast. Parking is included. Complementary wine every afternoon adds a very nice touch. We'll continue to stay here on future visits to PTown. Highly recommended!

The Inn is perfect. It's decorated very nicely, is comfortable and in a great location. We really enjoyed their tree top terrace. I visited during an extremely hot week and was thrilled that the common areas of the house were air conditioned and my room's AC worked very well. Also nice to have a mini fridge. On site parking was available and I didn't need to move my car once. Jeffery, the innkeeper is the nicest guy who went out of his way for us and made us feel right at home. I have been going to Ptown for the past 15 years and stayed in numerous B&Bs so I believe I can tell when someone wants you to truly enjoy your stay. The young man who cleaned the rooms was very sweet and keeps the place immaculate.

Room Tip: Had room #3, a queen room on first floor, toward back of house. It was quiet and bright and I didn...

My partner and I had stayed at the Elephant Walk some years ago. It has always been a special place for us, so we were excited to return.

Under new management, this lovely inn is getting all the love it deserves! Jeffrey the innkeeper is attentive, available, and takes time to organize little touches here and there that go a long way!

Can't wait to return again soon!
