Stayed 12th and 13th June. Booked through Expedia and advertised as B&B but on arrival, note with keys in letter box (very impersonal as no welcome and had to find our own way to room) said breakfast did not start till 1st July when 'season' started! (reimbersed by Expedia after complaint for extra cost of breakfast). Only saw manager as restaurant only opened up one night for private function and she said she would get in touch with Expedia.(bit late for us) Had room at side which had a lovely hi-tec bathroom, took a while to sort out the shower as to what knob was what shower head but lovely once solved. The only down side was no plug in novel sink and hated wasting water when washing so used baby wipes as stopper. Find it strange middle of June closed season so streets quiet and bar downstairs closed (which wasn't bad as no noise going into rooms). Went to Provincetown for whale watching with Dolphin fleet and Enzos near pier for the boats. Enjoyed our stay but not a good start on arrival. l. . . good .l. . . . .. . .

My sister & I had a great stay at Enzo July 12th & 13th. We were in the Beech Forest room overlooking Commercial Street as well as the harbor. The room was very clean, neat & comfortable. A small breakfast buffet (cereal, muffins, hard boil eggs, juice, milk & coffee) was in the hall every morning from 8 til around 10:30ish. It was convenient & you didn't have to "dress" to get some food which was wonderful! We didn't have any trouble sleeping with the Grotta Bar downstairs, it was pretty quite. The only thing was in the morning the delivery trucks were making their deliveries pretty early so that woke us up but other than that there was not an overabundance of noise. We will definitely stay at Enzo again.

My stay has not been the same as 2 years ago when I stayed here and it was a pleasant experience.

This time the changes include

1. A mattress that probably needed to be replaced a year ago. We did not have a good one night sleep

2. Before the breakfast was outstanding but now the restaurant is not serving breakfast to the public anymore but puts some continental breakfast out. This included sour milk today

3. There is now a night club downstairs. The music blasting until at least 1 am. No sleep possible

4. Room needs general updating, toilet paper holder hanging in pieces, the heater cover is on the floor etc.

This hotel cannot be recommended to anybody.

I have taken my lovely bride to Provincetown for many, many years now, starting when we were dating, now almost every year for our anniversary (16 years & counting!), & Enzo is by far our favorite place to rest, relax, sleep, & canoodle. The rooms are a nice size (& oh-so-tasteful!), the bathrooms are by far the best (& cleanest!) in Provincetown, the service is wonderful (& non-obtrusive), & the location cannot be beat. Innkeeper & fabulous person Jennifer is accommodating & thoughtful. After trying many different places in Cape Cod, Enzo is beyond compare. Simply enough, it is the perfect Provincetown B&B & you should look no further than this delightful abode for your stay in this equally delightful town...

We just had a lovely October weekend at Enzo. The manager was very kind, "not hovering" as another review said, but available and flexible and thoughtful. We had a great room which overlooked Commercial Street and the ocean was visible beyond that. The location couldn't have been better. I feel as if we lucked out.

Room Tip: Off season, the Beech Forest room had a great view (two plush leather chairs looking out over street...

I was in Provincetown for a couple of days and stayed at Enzo's guest house.

First - the location is great - it is right on the main shopping street where all the cool restaurants and art houses are - Commercial Street.

Second - it's a short walk to the Pier to catch the ferry and to do whale watching.

Third - great staff. They don't usually bother you, and it's got a good restaurant (I did not eat here, but I read good reviews on it).

Fourth - the bathroom was clean, modern and spacious. It was recently all re-done and the owners did spend some good cash on it. Overall - I was pleased with the bathroom.

My room was quite small, but comfortable and I did find the bed too soft. This was the main drawback to this room. But considering that in Provincetown for summer, the place is busy with many vacationers from Boston, and rooms are limited, the price of $175/night seems adequate.

One of the drawbacks was that whilst I was in bed I could still hear the commotion outside, especially when the restaurant is still open. I was also provided with a wireless passcode which never really worked.

I like the relaxed atmosphere of the guesthouse (check/let yourself in and no one hovering all the time as in some inns). Even with a 4-yr-old in tow, the room was great--clean comfortable, well-appointed, etc. 2 nights and 2 great (Noreen's) breakfasts outside on the patio watching the P-town morning set... couldn't have been more enjoyable or convenient! Bring your earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The walls are well insulated, but late night traffic on Commercial St. can keep anyone up.
