Reasonable cost for this room, it has a pull out bed which isnt the most comforable, but has TV, kitchennette, bathroom (with toiletires), seating and parking. it is about two miles to the centre. Next door to a bar/restaurant.
outdoor swimming pool and a fitness room (but very limited/small). no Hairdryer but you can borrow one from reception.

Boyfriend and I came here for the weekend and would definitely come back. The lady at the service desk was extremely helpful upon check in. She gave us a map and tips on where to eat and what to do. The center of town was within walking distance. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable.

My wife and I came here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. I was very excited about the parking and the location. It is very easy to get to because it is located on Bradford Street. We stayed in a studio suite which was quite quaint. The only downfall was the bed was a pull out couch so the mattress wasn't the most comfortable, but everything else was wonderful. Our suite overlooked the pool, which we enjoyed. If you try to walk to the center of town its about 1.5 miles to the hot spots of Commercial Street so we found that it was easier to drive into town and pay to park after we walked down and back the first night there. Another nice plus was our unit, as each unit, has a full kitchenette, which is nice to save a little $$$ on meals. We used the kitchenette for breakfasts and it was quite helpful. But we both are looking forward to getting back there soon. As well as staying here at Eastwood again soon. It's definitely worth the money and a highly recommend looking into staying here.

Room Tip: If there are two of you a studio is fine but they also have 1 bedrooms which accommodate more people...

We had a suite with kitchenette, 1.5 baths, and 2 Tvs, plus pool and jacuzzi, all for $60 per night (off season). A steal considering it's P-town. The hotel is a little far to the center, but you would pay a lot more to stay in just a bedroom at a guesthouse in the center. The furnishings are a little dated but okay, though flat screen TVs would be nice. The wifi worked well for my companion, though I had difficulty. I am not sure why. I have to say how nice, friendly, and helpful the staff was. They make you feel right at home.

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a gem for the low price that I paid. Though the room was small it was very clean and comfortable. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and we loved the proximity to the beach. Definitely knew I picked the right place when my girl begged me to come back again soon.

I stayed at Eastwood at Provincetown during January, and was impressed with the accomodations. Without prompting, the staff upgraded our room, and allowed us to check-in early, and check out a bit late. While this is likely due to the slow winter season, it was much appreciated. The room was great, and the location was good. Provincetown, while fun in the summer, is also beautiful in the winter. In either season, I would highly recommend Eastwood at Provincetown.
