“Wonderful, B&B Just One Block Off Commercial Street”

What a wonderful Inn. Pet friendly, this wonderful establishment is run by Steve and Dave. From the moment you walk in the door you are relaxed by the scented candles and candy dishes about the room and greeted by the resident two lab dogs. The property is an old home now modernized to accommodate the traveling public. The accommodations range from basic (bedroom with shared bath) to wonderful sized kitchenettes perfect for two. The top floor is itself a full suit. The views from the front living-room are just wonderful, overlooking Cape Cod bay. The daily housekeeping is excellent. The breakfast is not cooked to order, however there is something for everyone including a hot offering. Excellent coffee too! The Innkeepers are very knowledgeable on the area and weekly events. Bikes are available for touring and a great hot tub awaits you at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this Inn to anyone looking for clean accommodations and wonderful hosts.

I had a fabulous time with my gf at the Aerie House. We went during the off season in March and had a great time, even though it was rainy for most of the days we were there. They had an extensive DVD collection and the decorator of this quaint B&B is amazing. They have a hot tub which was very relaxing in the evening. The owners had an updated menu and to do list of various restaurants and attractions around town. A complimentary bottle of wine was a nice tough after a long drive from Boston. They have a great view of the water and is walking distance to Commercial Street. We stayed in Rm 6 and had a lovely time. We are going again in October!

Myself and two friends arrived in rainy Provincetown and were absolutely blown away by this house and the owners. They give us a brief tour of the house, showed us their extensive dvd collection (cos the weather was so bad), the popcorn machine , the hot tub, the views and then finally brought us to the penthouse! It was bright and spacious, ideal for three people. It had all the usual things you would expect, clean bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, fridge, but also had a tv and dvd and some chilled champagne in the fridge for us!
The owners recommended a resturant called 'The Mews' which was superb. We were able to walk there and back.
The owners were also very helpful the next morning as we tried to make our way back to Boston out of the rain.
Our trip to Provincetown was really memorable because of the bad weather but also because of this lovely guest house which I would happily recommend to anyone. Would love to go back again in summer time.
Thanks for a lovely stay.

Recently stayed a Friday and Saturday night at the Aerie house with my wife and mother-in-law. It was off peak season so the rates were very reasonable. We had a fireplace and whirlpool bath, my mother-in-law had a room that shared a bath but had a view of the bay. There are three bedrooms on the middle floor that share two bathrooms. The rooms were up to date and kept immaculate. Owners were very helpful in helping us book a whale watching cruise and recommended some restaurants. It is within walking distance of Commercial St. (the main road) and there is one parking spot per room rented. It is located on the corner of Route 6 and a dead end road. Some traffic can be heard if staying in a room on the bay view side of the house. There was 10 Gary Fisher mountain bikes that could be signed out at the front desk, plenty of reading material and newer DVD's. Each room had a TV and DVD player. There were candlelit lanterns every night around the deck and back entrance way. There are a lot of little touches that make it nice. The breakfast was good. Included fresh fruit salad, bagels, cold and hot cereals, as well as assorted warm items, hard boiled eggs, toast with jam. Apple and Orange juice, coffee tea. Will stay there again on our next trip to P Town.

This is the fifth time I've stay at Aerie House - I found it by accident when the place I used to stay was closed for renovations. Each time I was there til now, I stayed in the two bedroom "Eagle's Nest" on the top floor and always had a great experience.

This time, I traveled alone and stayed in one of the smaller rooms on the second floor with a shared bath (though my room did have a sink).

I loved every minute of it.

Aerie House is a nice, fun and comfortable place to stay. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle (what little of it there is in March) of downtown Ptown to be peaceful, but close enough to get there quickly.

The rooms were clean and the common areas welcoming.

The hot tub is a great treat after a long drive or day of hiking and the hosts, Dave & Steve, are always around willing to offer suggestions on places to go or things to do. (I discovered the Provincetown Theater Company through them and love it.)

Before I left, I booked my next two stays.

Aerie House affordable, convenient, clean, friendly and makes for a great travel experience.

What more could you want?

My boyfriend and I went for one night. We stayed in a room with a large comfortable bed, fireplace, bathroom and whirlpool tub. The owners leave complementary bottles of champagne in the room, and we sipped ours while relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. We went to Ptown in the off-season so the room was very cheap ($60 for both of us); only downside is that we spent close to an hour finding a place open for dinner. The inn does, however, keep a list and menus of all open restaurants that we should have better utilized. Very cozy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Will definitely go back.
