This year was our first visit staying here, and certainly not our last ! We have never felt more welcomed with our "furry babies" anywhere, and we have taken them to ALOT of places. We stayed at one of the beach condos and the décor was so welcoming, very clean and very cozy. We looked forward to the included breakfast every morning, not only was the food delish, there was always a good variety, different everyday, and you ate enough to last you till super. The ambience made it even better, on their beautiful balcony over-looking the bay, while enjoying fun conversation with other guests, Many other amenities here, including DVD library, welcoming Champagne in our refrigerator ( in which I love!) and most of all the peaceful feeling of knowing that our dogs Sebastian and Violet were at home there. The view from our porch was breathtaking, few steps to the water, and complimentary beach chairs. My husband was happy there was also a grill to cook out on, so we could stay home and cookout a night or two and enjoy the scenery, even though one of the best restaurants in P Town, The Muse was right next door. We never had to move our car, shopping was at our fingertips also, I can go on forever, we were so impressed. Looking forward to next year here !!! The Brisson Family, Warwick, Rhode Island

We have been coming to the beachclub for quite sometime every August. There is nothing like waking up and having coffee on the deck while taking in the Bay. Wonderful property right on the beach. You can pretty much park your car and never need it until the day you leave. Highly recommmended.

My wife and I just spent two mid-week nights at the Aerie House guest house.
Dave and Steve were terrific hosts and run an immaculate and well-furnished, pet friendly B&B. We stayed in Room 2 - queen bed with gas fireplace and in suite bathroom. Although the room is compact, the uninterrupted view out the front windows of Provincetown Bay from the bed definitely expanded the scope of the room. Our bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean.

The grounds are beautiful and like an oasis once you open the gate from the off-street parking. The property is just a short walk from the hubbub of Commercial Street. We particularly enjoyed the welcoming champagne and our own wine on the deck overlooking the bay. Located on busy route 6A and facing the street, noise was not an issue. We slept soundly with the windows open each night. AC is available but living in Dallas TX we take every advantage of fresh air when we can get. Our room had a refrigerator which kept our beverages cold.

Breakfast was served on the deck and was a good selection of both hot and cold items.
French roast coffee was constantly replenished and delicious. Conversations easily flowed with the other guests both at breakfast and in the late afternoon, pre-dinner.

Room Tip: I would choose a room with the view of the bay and harbor.

Steve and Dave are great hosts! We absolutely enjoyed staying at the Beach Club - right on the beach, lovely views. The apartments are spotless, modern and fully equipped with much attention. Breakfast was sumptuous.

Two points I would like to suggest: speed of internet and the cumbersome login all the time is a turn off and the bathrooms are not as modern and up to date as the rest of the place.

We are delighted you enjoyed your stay over Memorial Day Weekend despite the less than ideal weather. One of Provincetown's many advantages is that there are a plethora of things to do and enjoy even in bad weather. Thanks for the suggestions as well. We actually did some improvement work on the bathroom in your unit this past week. We haven't had any other guest comments about the internet access but will follow up with our provider and pass along your comments to them. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your US vacation and hope to welcome you back again.

Our family of 3 stayed in Room 1 (Eagle's Nest) in the guest house in April and could not have enjoyed our visit any more. I can only begin to list the superlatives! Steve and Dave are friendly and incredible hosts with attention to detail which in turn provided us with a truly relaxing and wonderful visit.

Our room was very spacious, clean, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the sunrise from the deck. A bottle of welcome champagne was waiting in the refrigerator for us upon arrival as well as a box of chilled apple juice for my son. In room coffee, fabulous toiletries, comfortable beds and linens, a DVD library, gas grill on the deck, laundry facilities, rental bikes, hot tub, list of recommended and reviewed restaurants, etc. are just some of the amenities that were available.

We enjoyed a hot breakfast made to order every morning along with a bountiful selection of fresh fruit, cereals, toast, muffins, pastries, yogurts, juices, coffee, and tea. You were free to enjoy breakfast in the living area or sunroom, outer deck, or back in your room. The location is very convenient to Commercial Street and off street parking is available. We would not hesitate to stay at the Aerie House on return to Provincetown. Seriously highly recommended!

We are delighted you enjoyed your stay in our Eagle's Nest Suite. We are particularly proud of that accommodation and it sounds like you took full advantage of all it and Aerie House offers. We also really appreciate you taking your time to post these comments. As we do not solicit reviews from our guests it is even more gratifying and meaningful when they do come along. We hope we will be able to welcome you back again on another visit.
