“Quaint Inn”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 April 2012

A road trip to the coast led us to this quaint little inn. Very friendly staff and unique rooms were a nice surprise. The continental breakfast with some homemade fare was excellent. The linens were super thick! The Inn made our experience a trip that will long be remembered. Defenitely a place we will look forward to staying on our next trip to the coast.

The John Randall House is a delightful destination providing a clean, quiet, nicely decorated room (and ensuites looked nice) for a terriffic value in charming Provincetown. Bob and others were most accommodating, helpful, available, and provided cheerful service. I must recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable room at very reasonable price. Thank you guys!

Don't dare call this place a 'bed and breakfast' or risk getting your head cut off. The John Randall House served as a great and affordable place to stay over the New Year's weekend. They offered an extra night free of charge after I made my reservation (I was unaware of their promotion). Everything is in walking distace of this place and I honestly enjoyed the feel of the home. The continental breakfast is what you would expect of a continental breakfast, there were no surprises. Most importantly, we were left alone and not bothered by any of their other guests. For those of you interested in staying at this house, I highly recommend getting a room with your own individual bathroom. Although it cuts off a corner of your room, the alternative (shared bathroom) is not very appealing.

Pulled in to P town with no reservations.. My wife and I had travelled from Maine and were tired. Greeted by Tim and Bob , we got a great room at a very good price. They made several suggestions for dining. We went to the Lobster pot.. it was excellent..
I would recommend this place to anyone. very comfortable bed and room. Great coffee in the morning and homemade muffins.

Unfortunately, the gay community has an unusually high capacity and tolerance for shabby customer service, and the John Randall House falls squarely within that tradition. I for one am done being underserved because of the smug belief that I am a captive customer. The facility was clean enough but the pillows were like sleeping on bumps of clotted cotton and the mattress may as well have been constructed of upholstered plywood. The continental breakfast was outstanding....that is of course if you enjoy injecting processed carbs directly into your bloodstream. All of this luxury at a premium price....not to mention the fact that it has been three weeks and the receipted refund has not been posted to my credit card as yet. And now you know the rest of the story...

Each of the ten rooms is equipped with a queen bed, cable TV, a refrigerator, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Stroll down to the veranda in the morning for a continental breakfast of homemade baked goods, fresh seasonal fruit, hot and cold cereals, milk, and juices.
