“Perfect weekend getaway”
Reviewed 18 October 2011

Absolutely recommended. Audri and Robyn are wonderful hosts, our room (6) was spacious and comfortable, the location is perfect for Provincetown, breakfast was very nice, including custom coffee and fresh baked cake, and great table company. We would definitely return.

Room Tip: Our room was number 6, which is on top of a steep staircase. It has a nice private feel to it, as it...

Just when you think you have found the perfect place... they go and make it even better! Robyn and Audri are the perfect hostesses and their delightful housekeeper, Juliet, kept our room in tip-top condition. Breakfast is always a treat, where everyone shares their P-town experiences and new friendships are formed. The 'Admiral's Cup', a new addition to breakfast, was a winner all around. Looking forward to next summer, already booked.

Room Tip: I love room number 1 or either of the rooms in back.

Our holiday began at the Admiral's Landing. Audri and Robyn have a jewel of an inn, with picturesque rooms in true Cape Cod decor. Original artwork of the inn and town complete the charm of the inn. From the moment Robyn met us at the airport, I knew I was part of their family for few days. The aroma of fresh baked goodies ( Robyn's speciality), the "Admiral Cup" Audri's special egg concoction; breakfast was enjoyable and delicious every morning like a family kitchen at the heart of the inn. Conversation was multinational with guest from England, Scotland, Germany, and the States, all sharing their P-town adventures. Audri and Robyn knew the best places to eat, ( Mayflower our favorite) and visit (What's on the second floor of the library ?) in our very short stay at the inn. Our room was very clean, bright and welcoming, thanks to Juliette for the creative towel art upon our arrival for my husbands' birthday. The rest of the inns we stayed at in Nantucket , did not met the high standard set by these "novice" innkeepers. Our next holiday will begin and end at the Admiral's Landing . Thanks Audri and Robyn for a delightful stay.

First, the owners, Robyn and Audri were very accomodating, friendly, and outgoing. The room was immaculate! Thanks to our friend Juliet who made sure the room was picture perfect everyday. I cannot forget to mention about meeting new friends at our morning breakfast gathering. I would definately come back again!

We stayed two nights over a weekend and found our room (one of the studio type units, with kitchenette, behind the main house) to be extremely clean and comfortable. My partner and I slept great on the very good quality mattress. Breakfast was excellent with home-made pastries and the specialty of the house, an egg concoction made in a muffin cup...which they have dubbed the "Admiral's Cup." Fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, coffee/tea, juices, etc. and a pleasant dining room where all the guests gathered to chat and laugh, offer suggestions to the newbies, etc. I highly recommend Admiral's Inn for the overall quality and price...and the warmth and friendliness of the two owners. We'll be back!!!

We were in P-Town during womens week and stayed at the Admiral's Landing for 3 nights. The B&B is in a great location, walking distance to anything P-Town has to offer. Audri and Robyn do an amazing job of making you feel at home. Audri greeted us at the door when we arrived and knew who we were (never been there before) they are just on top of their game. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is coffee and tea available at any time and breakfast is different and delicious every morning. Audri makes the Admiral's Cups a delicious egg dish and Robyn makes the best baked goods. The only thing at all I would advise people is that room # 1 is right of the front desk and dining area and didn't feel very private. There are many other rooms to choose from and 2 studios outside. We will absolutely return and suggest this place to any one we know visiting the area.

We just returned from the most wonderful and magical three-night stay in P-Town thanks to Audri and Robyn, owners of Admiral's Landing B&B. Their place, just off the beaten path, was homey, ever so comfortable -- and spotless -- as well as perfectly located so that everything was within walking distance yet away from the madding crowd. Their signature breakfasts -- the Admiral's Cup -- were different every morning as were their coffee cakes and muffins, all made from scratch. Audri and Robyn's hospitality goes unmatched in Provincetown. We truly hated to leave. My husband and I will surely return to Provincetown and now that we have found such a gem, we are sure to return to Admiral's Landing and to Audri and Robyn's gracious hospitality.
