What a wonderful place, from the moment you're greeted by Audri & Robyn until you reluctantly leave. The accommodation is very stylish, the room beautiful and the location great for any of the Ptown restaurants. Audri & Robyn recommended a great place to eat, we weren't disappointed. In the morning there was a Scottish theme to breakfast in our honour!

The only regret was only having time to stay the one night.

Robyn and Audri were so very welcoming. They made us feel right at home and our stay was absolutely perfect. Our room was upstairs and was very clean and well decorated. We wanted to stay longer! Breakfast was always delicious and we met lots of interesting people at the table each morning. We would definitely stay here again!

There's a good reason this B&B has gotten rave reviews. On my recent visit to Provincetown I stayed at 3 different places to get an idea of what was available for a longer trip next time. The first place was twice the price of Admiral's Landing and was not nearly as comfortable and memorable.

We stayed in room 6, which has such a warm vibe because of the beautiful windows and soft light. It's not a big room, but was perfect for two, with a gas log fireplace and small (hidden) TV. The bathroom is a reasonable size and has a fantastic shower. Often when staying at a hotel or B&B I dread showering because the shower is either ancient, or the cleaning looks a bit suspect. Definitely not the case here. Everything was immaculate.

Audri and Robyn were just as friendly and genuine as all the other reviewers said. They mentioned buying the B&B after falling in love with Provincetown, and leaving the corporate world. Their passion for the B&B shows in the quality of the food, the rooms, the service, and the unique hospitality.

If you're looking for a great deal in Provincetown, are planning your first trip there and need some advice from locals, or want to stay somewhere where you feel at home, I highly recommend Admiral's Landing.

Room Tip: Room 6 is perfect for a romantic getaway. It has great light and is extremely comfortable and priva...

We had a great time at Admiral's Landing this past summer. My wife was attending a workshop and I tagged along to do some writing, swimming, running, and bird watching. Robyn and Audri were very welcoming, and created a real sense of community among the patrons, many of whom were return visitors. Breakfast -- which always featured a tasty little egg special along with excellent continental options -- became a social event that we looked forward to every day. The place itself is very attractive and in tip-top shape, and it seems perfectly positioned -- a very short walk to the middle of things, but just off to the side enough to be quiet and restful. We're Bostonians, and when we visit the Cape it's usually just a day trip, but we know where we're staying the next time we want to spend the night...

We just returned from a 4 night stay at Admiral's Landing. We were later arriving than we had expected & called to advise Audri & Robyn about our delay. Nevertheless, they were there to greet us when we arrived, giving us the low-down on their favourite restaurants, things to do, how the heating/AC unit and tv/dvd worked in unit 5, and to make sure we had everything we needed. They couldn't have been more welcoming.

Our unit was perfect. Clean, all the promised amenities (and a few extra nice touches) and especially welcome was a very comfortable queen sized bed after a long drive.

The expanded continental breakfast each morning featured Robyn's fresh baked muffins, breads, or coffee cake along with Audri's egg dish, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt and a variety of freshly brewed coffee & teas. It was a great time to meet up with other guests and visit with Robyn & Audri who would provide suggestions about things to do around town.

We've stayed in PTown many times in a variety of establishments but had missed out on Admiral's Landing up until now. When we were leaving and discovered that our car battery had died, Robyn offered to try using our booster cables to get us going before we called AAA saving us a lot time. Talk about going above & beyond for your guests!

Don't make the mistake of failing to checking out Admiral's Landing when you plan your next visit to Provincetown - you won't be disappointed.

My partner and I have stayed at Admiral's Landing both times that we traveled to Ptown. We were there in 2010 and again last weekend. (10/12/13) Audri and Robyn go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. For us, it began with a pick-up from the ferry and continued on throughout our stay. The rooms are wonderfully inviting and comfortable with all the necessities as well as special little personal touches. The delicious breakfasts are so amazing every single day! There is always something freshly baked as well as a yummy egg dish, fresh fruit and a variety of breads, yougurt and cereal. We enjoy meeting the other guests around the breakfast table and sharing in friendly conversation with them as well as with Robyn and Audri, who are always there and ready to serve their guests. The Hosts are always available to offer suggestions for restaurants or activities and the inn is just a short walking distance from all the shops and restaurants on Commercial Street. We LOVE Admiral's Landing and we LOVE Audri and Robyn! We hope we make it back again..............sooner than later. :)

Room Tip: We have stayed in room 2 both times and have enjoyed it both times.
