“A Provincetown Gem”
Reviewed 24 June 2014

We discovered this Inn through the women's Innkeepers of Provincetown and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room, the breakfast and the experience. Robin and Audri run a warmly welcoming inn that is clean, well maintained and well appointed. The breakfast featured a different egg dish and different fresh muffin or bread each morning. The location is central to P-town and there is the all-important free parking. We completely enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: The rooms are quite bright, so bring a sleep mask if that bothers you.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Admiral's Landing Jun 6-8 and we left absolutely delighted with the place. Robin and Audrey greeted us so warmly and quickly gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our time in Ptown. We booked Room 3 - believe me, the pictures don't do that room justice. It's incredible! Great natural light, automated fireplace, enormous bathtub. Also, the sheets are so soft I actually took note of the brand so I could buy it for myself.

Without a doubt our stay at Admiral's Landing was the best I've had in Ptown. Looking forward to the next one!

Room Tip: Get room 3!

My husband and I made an impromptu trip to Cape Cod and were looking for a B & B to stay for the night. So many choices - but we're so glad that we chose the Admiral's Landing. We've stayed in many B & B's and this locale stands out. The owners are lovely and truly wanted to get to know you. You felt at home. We stayed in room #1 on the main floor. The room had a flat screen tv and small refrigerator. But the details are what made this place stand out. The owners had a black washcloth in the bathroom for women to use if they needed to remove makeup. Individually wrapped chocolates on our pillows. Towels by the main door that you could use if you were going to the beach. A Keurig in the main room if you wanted to make an individual cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate late at night. The owners provided maps and suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to enjoy - with details about each in a book by your bed. Breakfast is included with your stay. Fresh fruit, yogurt, and home baked goods are provided and were filling for the drive home.

We're so glad that we made the initial call and plan to stay at the Admiral's Landing on our next visit.

We loved our visit to Provincetown and staying at Admiral's Landing was wonderful. The rooms were quaint and extremely clean with all the necessities you would need. Robin and Audrey were such gracious hosts and we really enjoyed breakfast each morning. Would recommend to anyone to come stay here when visiting Provincetown!

I am sure that there are other spotlessly clean, well-appointed Bed and Breakfasts that serve a marvelous morning meal in Provincetown, but I know that they don't compare (even though I have never been to any other) because they don't have Robin and Audrey. A B & B is only as good as its hosts and Robin and Audrey are spectacular. I could use adjectives like warm, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful..., but until you meet them you will not know what a fantastic combination they are and how they enhance a stay in Provincetown.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to most areas of town. Clean, good breakfast, hostesses willing to help with any needs. The spa showers are so refreshing. Parking can be an issue. Construction was occurring during stay. Would have liked a sunnier area to sit outside.

Soft sheets and spotless rooms, with beautiful bathrooms...even enjoyed the breakfasts (fresh fruit, home-baked treats and a different hot egg dish every morning). Only a block up from Commercial St., easy walking distance to all. Audrey and Robin made us feel welcome, and they were very helpful with both suggestions (restaurants, etc.) and our unloading and re-loading.

Room Tip: If a spa/soaker tub matters, with a heated floor, then choose room 5.
