Not worth the price (250 for a double room) per
night. Most B&B's in town will offer better value for less

We are certainly most concerned to learn that you felt the value did not meet your expectations. Regarding our room rates, we strongly feel that our rates accurately reflect the type of accommodation, amenities and quality we offer in our market area, but we thank you for your comments.

This is a renovated motel with a great location across from a beach. It has its own secluded pool with cabana bar, a dining room, an outdoor firepit, a shaded seating area. and entertainment in the evening. The pool tends to be crowded since town residents have open access to the area, and smoking is allowed, which can make it uncomfortable. The food in the dining room is better than average and the staff is extremely accommodating.

Room Tip: beachfront rooms are the most convenient and come with a view

Stayed here last week and had it was delightful! The location on the bay side is great. Loved watching the tides go in and out. The staff is super pleasant and helpful, especially Peter at the front desk. I don't think he ever went home! Loved him! Would definitely stay here again and again.

This, by far, has been one of my best hotel experiences. It is not luxury, by any means, but if you are looking for a friendly, clean, and comfortable place to stay, this is it. The front desk was, by far, one of the most helpful and friendliest I have ever experienced, particularly Chris. We had lots of questions and some of them had obvious answers yet we never felt we were annoying them. The rooms were clean though the cement floors took a few minutes to get used to and the bathtub took a while to drain. Those are my only concerns though. The beds/pillows were super comfy and I got a great night's sleep. Shower pressure was good, water was always hot. We borrowed bikes to go into town - the complimentary bikes are an awesome service. Breakfast was small - cereal, yogurt, fruit, toaster goodies - but enough to fill me up for a little bit. The fire pit was fun in the evening. So many people have mentioned the bathrooms in their reviews - ours was updated and clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat...just an overall, excellent experience and the staff made all the difference, from the front desk to the cabana by the pool. It's a little bit far from town but with the $2.00 shuttle bus or the complimentary bikes, the location isn't such a bad thing. Highly recommend.

The first time we stayed here was before the renovations when the hotel was known as Cape Inn. My husband would stay briefly when he was working in PTown and I joined him a couple times. The prices were always reasonable and the continental breakfast is a favorite of his before starting his work day.

Last year, myself, my friend and our 14 year old daughters started a tradition of an overnight stay in PTown. We chose the Harbor Inn because of the location, bay view, reasonable prices, great staff members, new renovations and most of all the fire pit!

From the time time we arrived, we experienced exceptional service from Chris and Peter at the desk. They were vital in helping us locate an employee, Jason, who we had befriended the year before. Jason did remember us from last year and once again, we were able to sit around the fire and socialize.

I can tell Jason really takes pride in his job. He was very professional and made us feel so welcome. He even walked us out back to show us the pool and shared details of the new renovations and future ideas for the hotel. It's refreshing to see a young man so committed to his job. I can definitely see Jason with a promising future in his families business.

Another staff member who we made a pleasant connection with is Horace. He was also very friendly and shared some conversations by the fire with us. The customer service at the Harbor Hotel is amazing!

We were surprised to have the same room (#207) as last year. This room is on the second floor with a view of the bay. It was very clean, spacious and newly renovated. I can tend to be a hotel snob, and I can tell you, I am more than impressed with the accommodations.

I thank you and your staff for such a wonderful experience. I will highly recommend you to my friends and family!

Room Tip: Second floor has a view of the bay and the fire pit. Definitely worth the money.

+ The rooms were very clean and the view was great. The free bike rental made it easy to get into town.

- The front desk staff was not the nicest. They acted like they were put off everytime we came in. I had problems with my bill and when speaking to stafff about it they did not want to listen. They just wanted to get me off the phone asap.

Room Tip: You get what you pay for.

Obviously they have put a lot of effort into redoing this older motor inn, but they stopped short of making it really nice. Their paint job was sloppy and there were big stains on the new carpet. Some of it is "origional" which isn't a good thing. We stayed here because we only had to stay one night and it had free parking. They have a nice lobby with games and books and a fire pit area in front with the ocean across the road. Only one uncomfortable trendy chair in our room.

Room Tip: You are either by the pool, the road or the parking lot.
