This Comfort Inn is better than most....a good value, considering it was Boston Marathon and Spring Break. Very convenient, good value, room very clean and roomy, staff pleasant (always a smile and a "Good Morning" from everyone). We did not want to pay a fortune for a room downtown where we would spend minimal time. Shuttle to T or anywhere else within certain # of miles if you would like, easy, and we didn't drive at all during our 4 day stay - pleasant van drivers. You are shuttled over and/or back on the hour so make sure you time your arrival there accordingly. You have to call to have them pick you up - they did not relay this info. to us - SUGGESTION TO MANAGEMENT - they should give you a card with the hotel # etc. on it to have with you. There is no particular "berth #" they pick you up at either....when we called front desk clerk was a little huffy over having to explain this to us. Morning breakfast average, terrible coffee but Dunkin' Donuts is across the street. Great sports bar on premises too.

I have shared your comments with the rest of the team to ensure improvements are continuously being made for our future guests, and we appreciate your suggestions. Came into the area for PAX East. The location was convenient and they offered a shuttle to the T which was nice. We didn't use the shuttle but was glad the option existed.

The room was a bit small. Had to ask for a fridge in advance since the room didn't come with one.

The internet was awful. I couldn't even connect the first day i was there on my computer or phone. Attached is the error message I kept getting.

The breakfast was descent. They had eggs which was nice, powdered but better than nothing.

All in all it was OK. Not good, not bad.

Location is convenient off I-93. The room was okay. The heater was loud, but I couldn't turn it off because it was 10 degrees outside. The bathroom was very small. If the door was not closed, I had to climb over the toilet to get to the shower. The shower itself drained slowly and half the water came out of the spout instead of the shower head. The sink also drained slowly, so that was kind of a bummer. Breakfast was good. Hot scrabbled eggs, sausage, with the usual bread items (toast, muffins, bagels, donuts). If you are a Choice member, there are not a whole lot of properties in that area, but this property is WAAAAAAAY better than the Quality Inn in Brockton.

This hotel is clean and convenient from the major highways. The breakfast bar was ok and teh attached restaurant was also good. However, the heat was so loud I had to shut it off. Not normally a problem but the outside temperature was less than 5 degrees. The hotel has new flat screen LCD TV's which is great however it is 2014 having HD service would have been better.

Room Tip: Make sure your heating unit is working properly

I have stayed in a number of Comfort Inns and this was the cleanest one yet. The fitness room was large and the machines were well maintained. The breakfast area was large, clean and well cared for. I found the room somewhat larger than typical. Great stay.,

Room Tip: close to highway.
