“Fun and quaint street to visit.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 July 2014

Great shops, beautiful views, nice people, and a quintessential New England water front village. Go see the owner at AliKat, great women's shop and wonderful friendly owner.

“Interesting walk”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 July 2014

Stayed w/in walking distance from here so we came here several times. Didn't buy too much...my four year old bought a couple keepsakes. Yummy ice cream shops (and cupcakes and Italian ice) are abound.

“Avoid the snails and go early ”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 June 2014 via mobile

Worth a stop to visit the small shops. Go early to avoid the snail pace you'll encounter during the day. Some great galleries but if you're looking for a nice meal skip it and head to downtown Glouscester for some great choices.

“Be selective in where you visit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 June 2014

Bearskin Neck is just one fun and interesting place to go in Rockport, but choose the shops and galleries you visit carefully. Skip the tourist junk in order to visit working artist galleries, craft shops, unique clothing stores, and things for kids. The best part is the view at the end, and access to the boat trips and kayaking or paddle boarding.

“Love this little peninsula -- great shops, restaurants”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 June 2014

We stayed on the peninsula and loved every second of it. Cute shops and galleries, and several good restaurants and coffee shops. Park somewhere --that can be the hard part -- and walk all over. Ocean breezes, great ocean views, places to sit and people watch. Must stop here when in Rockport.
