Debbie and Nick thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Service was very professional. The location is ideal for a car-free stay. We could walk easily downtown and enjoy its picturesque atmosphere. Hope to see you again!

We recently spent 2 nights here and would highly recommend it. Nick and Debbie were warm and welcoming. The inn is in a great location, and we could walk to town. Debbie also gave us directions for a path to take to the ocean, which isn't far from the inn. Breakfast was good, but served a bit quickly for a 4 course meal because there are 2 seatings each morning.

We stayed in room 2, which had a private entrance and balcony which was very nice. The only negative was that the room was very small, especially the bathroom. We felt a bit cramped.

Other than that, it was perfect. If you are in the Rockport area, this inn is a great option for you.

We just spent the weekend at this B&B - it was our first time to Rockport. Debbie and Nick were very hospitable hosts and the B&B was beautiful and breakfast was Amazing. Wow. The B&B is within walking distance to downtown if you can walk up a good sized hill. The room was very comfortable and clean. Loved this B&B

Room Tip: We were in room 3 and it was quaint.

We stumbled across this B&B quite by chance and intended in staying one night that turned in to four! The house is gorgeous and the breakfasts are amazing! We felt very 'at home' and would not hesitate in recommending anyone staying. A true gem in Cape Ann.

Our four night stay was A+ The rooms were very comfortable and clean, breakfasts were outstanding and Debbie and Nick treated us like friends. They loaned us beach chairs, flashlights for navigating the headlands to see the fireworks, beach towels and made reservations for dinner. Breakfast conversations were fun - a nice start to the day. They were most accommodating.

Room Tip: We stayed in rooms 1 and 2. Rm. 1 was our favorite - cozy and had a fireplace and a larger bath than Rm. 2. Rm. 2 however, had its own private entrance and its private deck. Both were very nice just depends on your taste.
