We were in the area taking our son to college and this inn was recommended to us. It is beautiful and in a lovely town. The innkeepers couldn't do enough for you - rooms are very nice and the breakfast was great. Beautiful location and wonderful people. I highly recommend it.

My teen daughters and I made a last minute reservation at the Sally Webster Inn. Perhaps the best B & B we have experienced. The hosts were warm and helpful, though not intrusive. The room was adorable and immaculate, a classic charming Cape Ann inn. The bed was comfortable and the inn itself was lovely. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. A tasty spinach cheese egg casserole was served along with the breads, cereals, fruit, etc. Quite delicious. The Inn is a five minute walk down the street into Rockport with it's shops. The hosts had excellent recommendations for a dinner restaurant with excellent seafood at a great value. We'd happily stay here again.

My wife and I just returned from another ( our fourth trip ) from Rockport, Mass. and our favorite Bed & Breakfeast The Sally Webster Inn. As always we enjoyed our stay there. John & Kathy are the consumate Innkeepers treating guests as special people. It is a relaxing and very peacful environment. The food is tremendous with special Breakfeast creations served with New England charm. I highly recommend a stay at The Sally Webster Inn. You won't be disappointed. Mike & Nancy, Collegeville, Pa.

We stayed at this inn for one night and loved it! Very comfortable room and terrific breakfast! Location is ideal and within very close walking distance to the downtown area. The innkeepers obviously love what they do and offer great restaurant suggestions.

My husband and I just returned from our four night stay in Rockport. The Sally Webster Inn was wonderful! We didn't have any complaints. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. It was an easy stroll to town. The innkeepers were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this B& B to anyone visiting Rockport!

We arrived in Rockport without reservations and picked another place. But as we drove up to the 1st choice, we did not like what we saw, so we drove over to the main street, looked at a room and found the property tastefully decorated with antiques and or reproductions. The owner was knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. The coffee was available (and strong enough to enjoy) when I got up early and there is a great place to read in the morning. The breakfast was good and you could either eat light (saved our meals for seafood!) or have a heavier choice. The price was reasonable and the town was cool, good shops, great art. I would highly reccomend this for anyone wanting an above average to excellent choice and certainly would stay there over the other choices in town if a B&B is your choice.

The Sally Webster Inn is a lovely inn built in 1832 with all the charm of that earlier time and the modern conveniences of today. We were only there for two days, primarily to take advantage of the special package with the Gloucester Playhouse. That is the primary reason that we choose Sally Webster and were very glad we did! Our room was beautifully furnished as well as comfortable with all the necessary amenities and privacy. Our hosts, John and Kathy, were friendly and warm people who made us feel we were old friends visiting rather than just guests. They were very helpful and informative throughout our stay, and the "continental" breakfasts they served were really more than that, and were absolutely delicious especially John's specialty - stuffed french toast! I also want to mention that they just opened their outside patio for breakfast dining and it was delightful!! We will definately make a point of returning there in the future.
