“Great experience at Pairpoint”
Reviewed 14 October 2013

We would highly recommend a visit to Pairpoint Glass. We timed our visit to coincide with a full tour of the facility, although you can watch the glassblowing from above. One of the glassblowers escorted the 2 of us and explained each of the processes in enough detail that it was a real learning experience. We also got to meet Anne Ross, which was special because we have several of her pieces.
I do agree, though, that the store employee was less than welcoming.

“Cool experience”
Reviewed 13 August 2013 via mobile

It was pretty cool to see how they make the glass. We watched from the upstairs windows BC we had missed the tour. I liked it and they have a gift shop.

“Rude”
Reviewed 5 February 2013

Walked in, browsed and watched the glass blowers for about 15 minutes. Two employees were working and neither one acknowledged our presence or even bothered to look in our direction. Although I would have loved to buy some of the beautiful hand crafted glass I make it a general rule if a store owner or employee doesn't think I'm worth acknowledging than their shop isn't worth spending my money in. Christmas Tree Shoppe employees were friendlier.

“Nice store with creative offerings”
Reviewed 24 December 2012 via mobile

While we weren't able to time our trip to see the glass blowing in action, we really enjoyed the store. The various ornaments, balls and other offerings were great. A nice place to stop and take a look around. The store staff was very friendly and helpful.

“Authentic cranberry glass and ornaments, affordably”
Reviewed 20 November 2012

We make a pilgrimage every fall from NH to buy a new ornament here, and also to visit The Christmas Shop on route 6a in Sandwich. We've never been disappointed in the quality or selection, and never come away empty-handed. I guess six years running isn't enough to call our trip a "tradition," but it's a great way to start off the season - and most of the tourists are gone, too!
